At approximately 0625 hours on 10/19/2021 a theft of a catalytic converter occurred in the Bellevue Court Apartments at 401 Bellevue Ave. The incident was captured on a home video surveillance camera. There were three actors with the following descriptions: Suspect #1 was a white male with brown hair with a small balding spot on top of his head, red sneakers, black sweatpants, black sweatshirt with an unknown white design on the front. Suspect #2 was a white male wearing an olive green hoodie, a red face mask, wearing a baseball hat, light blue jeans, and red sneakers. Suspect #3 was a white female wearing black sneakers, gray sweatpants, a black zip up hoodie. All 3 subjects were wearing facemasks. All 3 subjects participated in jacking, supplying tools, and cutting off the catalytic converter from a Toyota Prius. The vehicle the subjects came/left in was a silver Hyundai Accent hatchback with an unknown PA Registration. The subjects were on scene for less than 2 minutes and left in an unknown direction.
