Pedestrian v. Vehicle Crash Investigation
The Penndel Borough Police Department is investigating a motor vehicle crash that resulted in a pedestrian being struck on October 31, 2025, at approximately 8:30 p.m., in the 100 block of West Lincoln Highway.
Upon arrival, officers located an adult male pedestrian who had been struck by a dark-colored Toyota sedan. The pedestrian was treated on scene by Penndel Middletown Ambulance and transported to a local hospital for further medical care. The pedestrian is currently listed in “critical condition.”
The driver of the vehicle remained on scene and is cooperating with investigators. At this time, no charges have been filed, and impairment does not appear to be a factor, although the investigation is ongoing.
The roadway was temporarily closed for approximately three hours while the Bucks County Crash Investigation Unit and Penndel Police processed the scene. The area has since been reopened to normal traffic.
