A resident of Penndel called police to report that his credit card had been declined at a local ATM. Upon calling his company, he found that his information had been skimmed, possibly from somewhere in Montgomery County and used at the Staples store in Falls Township. The above suspects came into the store, bought $209 in gift cards and soda with the victim's information. The victim did not loose possession of his card.
