Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Buck Road and Elaine Drive for a report of a tree down. Upon arrival Patrol found a vehicle had hit the tree. Unit #1 was traveling on Buck Road when a deer ran out in front of the vehicle, the vehicle tried to swerve, causing the vehicle to leave the roadway, striking a speed limit sign and then hit the tree. The passenger in vehicle was transported to St. Mary Medical Center for evaluation. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Vehicle Theft
Patrol responded to Oxford Drive for a report of a multiple vehicle thefts. Complainant states that three of their high-end vehicles were stolen from their driveway overnight and the house had been broken into. Complainant states that the keys for the vehicles were stolen from inside the house along with a purse belonging to Complainant’s wife. Officers were checking for surveillance video and case was referred to detectives.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to E. Bristol Road and Jacksonville Road for a report of a two-vehicle accident. Unit #1 was traveling on E. Bristol Road and failed to stop for traffic and struck the rear of Unit #2. Both vehicles sustained damage but did not require a tow. No injuries were reported.
Retail Theft
Patrol responded to a business on Buck Road for a report of retail theft. Complainant states a male entered the store, picked up multiple items and walked out of the store without paying. Complainant was able to provide surveillance video, investigation continues.

Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Buck and Stoneyford Roads for a report of two-vehicle accident. Unit #1 was stopped behind Unit #2 when Unit #1 proceed to move forward and struck Unit #2. Both vehicles sustained damage, but did not require a tow. No injuries were reported.
Theft from Vehicle
Patrol responded to Evan Road for a report of theft from vehicle. Complainant states that in the morning hours of 11/13/22 a vehicle pulled up into their driveway and entered Complainant’s unlocked vehicle, stealing two cartons of cigarettes.
11-16-22
Local Ordinance Violation
Patrol responded to Buck Road for a report of open burning. Patrol found that there was open burning taking place in violation of Northampton Township Ordinance 10-205, which prohibits such activity. The homeowner advised, they were unaware of the ordinance and extinguished the fire immediately. The homeowner was advised to contact the zoning department for information on a burning permit.
Check Fraud
Complainant came into headquarters to report check fraud. Complainant states they mailed two checks at the Southampton Post Office on September 28, 2022. Complainant checked her statement and found that one of the checks had been washed of its payee and amount. An unknown payee had been added and the amount of the check greatly increased. Complainant was going to contact their bank immediately after filing the police report.
Drug Possession Arrest
While on patrol, an officer pulled over a vehicle for multiple violations. The driver was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, processed and released.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Newtown-Richboro Road and Holland Road for a report of a two-vehicle accident. Unit #2 was stopped for a red traffic light, when Unit #1 failed to stop and struck Unit #2 in the rear. Both vehicles sustained minor damage, but did not require a tow. No injuries were reported.
Found Property
Complainant came into headquarters to turn in a found wallet. Patrol was able to identify the owner through the contents and have the owner come into headquarters to pickup their wallet.
Check Fraud
Complainant contacted police regarding check fraud. Complainant states they deposited many checks into the mailbox outside the Richboro Post Office on November 1, 2022. Their bank contacted them stating that several of the checks had been flagged for possible fraud. Several of the checks had been deposited through an ATM some of the payees had been changed but not the amount.
Check Fraud
Complainant came into headquarters to report check fraud. Complainant states they mailed 5 checks from the USPS mail box located in center on Almshouse Road in Warwick Township. Complainant states one of the checks had been altered as to the payee, but not the amount. Complainant was advised to also file a police report with Warwick Township Police.

Check Fraud
Complainant came into headquarters to report a check fraud. Complainant states that they put a check in a mailbox in Philadelphia in September. Complainant noticed an issue with their bank account. In checking, the check which was mailed was altered. Both the payee and the amount were changed. Complainant notified their bank, who instructed them to file this report.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Bustleton Pike for a report of a two-vehicle traffic accident. Unit #2 was stopped for a red light when Unit #1 struck the rear of their vehicle. Minor damage was reported, neither vehicle required and tow and no injuries were reported.

Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Jacksonville Road for a report of two-vehicle accident. Unit #1 was attempting to exit a driveway, trying to merge into the middle lane when they were struck by Unit #1 who was traveling on Jacksonville Road. Unit #2 sustained heavy damage and was towed from the scene, Unit #1 was able to be driven by the scene. The driver of Unit #2 was transported by St. Mary Medical Center.
Check Fraud
Complainant came into headquarters to report a check fraud. Complainant states that while approving checks online with their bank, they found a check written to an unknown payee for an amount not authorized by Complainant. Complainant’s bank told them to file this report and they would begin an investigation.
Check Fraud
Complainant came into headquarters to report multiple check fraud. Complainant states they mailed seven checks from their home mailbox in Richboro. Two have the checks have been altered to unknown payees. Complainant’s bank is investigating and requested a police report be filed.
Traffic Accident
While on patrol, officers came across a two vehicle traffic accident on East Bristol Road. Unit #1 was stopped at the stop sign on Bustleton Pike attempting to make a left onto East Bristol Road and turned in front of Unit #2 which was unable to avoid the collision. Both vehicles sustained damage but did not require a tow, no injuries were reported.

Criminal Mischief
Patrol responded to Cardinal Road for a report of criminal mischief. Complainant reports that their vehicle and another vehicle were vandalized with food products. Complainant reports it took place earlier in the evening. A check for surveillance cameras was made.
Fraud
Patrol responded to Knox Court for a report of fraud. Complainant states they gave a home health care worker their credit card to make a purchase at the local grocery store. Complainant reports they now have several unauthorized charges on their card. Investigation to continue.
Suspicious Person
Patrol responded to Brookwood Drive for a report of a suspicious person. Complainant reports that two unknown males exited a vehicle and asked if the Complainant needed driveway work done. Patrol checked the area and did not locate the vehicle.

Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to East Holland Road for a report of a traffic accident. Complainant states that they were traveling on East Holland Road when a deer ran out into the side of Complainant’s vehicle, going over the top and smashing Complainant’s windshield and denting the roof. Complainant was not injured and the vehicle was towed from the scene.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Buck and Stoneyford Roads for a report of traffic accident. Complainant reports that while traveling on Buck Road a tree fell and struck their vehicle. The vehicle sustained damage to the windshield, bumper, grill and hood. The vehicle was towed from the scene. No injuries were reported.
DUI Arrest
While on patrol, officers observed a vehicle driving erratically. Once pulled over the driver was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence. The driver was processed and released.
