Suspicious Vehicle
Patrol responded to the area of Lakeview Dr. for a report of a suspicious vehicle. Complainant reports a dark sedan pulled into several of his neighbors’ driveways. When questioned, the vehicle operator stated he was “making deliveries.” Complainant did not observe any packages on his neighbor’s property. Patrol checked the area, but the vehicle was no longer on scene.
Gas Leak
Patrol responded to Crossroads Plaza for a report of a gas leak. Police and Northampton Township Fire Department evacuated the area. Peco responded and repaired the leak.
Identity Theft
Complainant received a call from Bucks County Assistance inquiring about working for a company since the beginning of the year. The complainant stated that he never worked for the company that was described. Complainant to follow up with Bucks County Assistance and Social Security Administration.
Disabled Vehicle
Patrol responded to the area of Buck Rd. for a report of a disabled vehicle. Patrol spoke with vehicle operator who had a flat tire. The vehicle operator did not require assistance.
Assist Motorist
Patrol observed a vehicle traveling on West Bristol Rd. that appeared to have smoke coming from it. Patrol initiated a traffic stop and assisted with getting the vehicle to the operator's residence, so she could follow up with the insurance company.
Assist Motorist
Patrol responded to the parking lot of a business off 2nd St. Pike for a report of a disabled vehicle. The vehicle operator stated something was stuck under her vehicle. Patrol observed a cinderblock under the vehicle. The cinderblock was removed and the vehicle operator left the area.
August 18, 2020
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to the area of Glen Meadow Rd. for a report of a two vehicle traffic accident. Unit #1 struck Unit #2 who was legally parked in front of their residence. There were no reported injuries. Unit #2 required a tow.
Disabled Vehicle
Patrol responded to the area of East Holland Rd. for a report of a disabled vehicle. Patrol assisted the vehicle operator with relocating the vehicle to a side street. The vehicle operator stated that did not require any further assistance.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Stoneyford Rd. for a report of a two vehicle traffic accident. Unit #1 struck Unit #2 while entering the intersection. There were no reported injuries and minor damage.
Road Hazard
Patrol responded to 2nd St. Pike at Sackettsford Rd. for a report of a low hanging branch over the roadway. DPW responded and cut the tree branch.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Newtown Richboro Rd. at Harmony Dr. for a report of a two vehicle accident. Unit #2 was rear ended by Unit #1. Unit #2 sustained minor injuries. Unit #1 did not sustain injuries and his vehicle was towed.
Missing / Runaway Juvenile
Patrol responded to the area of Bustleton Pike for a report of a possible missing/runaway juvenile. After confirming the missing juvenile out of Chalfont, Patrol conducted a search of the area. A short time later, the juvenile was located and his parents were contacted.
DUI
Patrol conducted a traffic stop for an expired registration plate in the area of 2nd St. Pike. The vehicle operator was taken in to custody for Driving Under the Influence.

Retail Theft
Patrol responded to a local business for a report of a retail theft. The suspect was taken into custody, processed and released.
Theft from Vehicle
Patrol responded to the Industrial Park for a report of a theft from an unlocked vehicle. Complainant reports that an unknown subject entered his vehicle and stole a laptop and a few other items of value.
Disabled Vehicle
Patrol observed an unoccupied disabled vehicle on the side of the roadway. The vehicle had a note on the windshield “tow on the way.” Patrol contacted the vehicle owner, who stated the tow company should be arriving shortly to removed the vehicle.

Drugs
Patrol conducted a traffic stop in the area of Newtown Richboro Rd. After further investigation the occupants were taken into custody for possession of controlled substance.
Well Being Check
Patrol responded to the area of Bridgetown Pike for a report of a well being check. Complainant reports a subject walking in the middle of the roadway. Patrol located the subject, who was walking on the shoulder of Bridgetown Pike. The male appeared to be fine and did not wish for help.
Traffic Accident
Patrol was dispatched to Woodenbridge Rd. at East Heron Rd. for a report of a traffic accident. Unit #1 was making a U-turn and accidentally struck Unit #2. There were no reported injuries and minor damage.
