Warrant
After processing a subject, it was learned that the subject was wanted out of Montgomery County. The subject was released to Montgomery County Sheriff’s Dept.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to the 900 block of 2nd St. Pike for a report of a single vehicle traffic accident. Unit #1 was a tractor trailer. The tractor trailer struck a light pole with the trailer while making a left turn. There were no reported injuries.

Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Almshouse Rd. at Winding Way for a report of a two vehicle accident. Unit #1 rear ended Unit #2. There were no reported injuries, but Unit #1 required a tow.

Simple Assault
Patrol responded to residence for a report of a simple assault. Upon arrival, the suspect left the residence. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
Fraud
Patrol responded to West Windrose Rd. for a report of a fraud. Complainant reports paying his PECO bill with a check that he placed in the Richboro Post Office box. A few days later, the bank contacted the complainant and advised that a $5,000 check did not clear due to insufficient funds. The complainant informed the bank they never wrote a $5,000 check. It appears an unknown subject may have intercepted the check made out to PECO and altered it. The US Postal Inspection Service was contacted and following up.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Almshouse Rd. at Jacksonville Rd. for a report of a two vehicle traffic accident. Unit #1 rear ended Unit #2. The operator of Unit #2 was being evaluated for minor injuries. Both vehicles were towed.

Patrol responded to a business parking lot off 2nd St. Pike for a report of a two vehicle traffic accident. Unit #1 accidentally struck a parked vehicle. There were no reported injuries and neither vehicle required a tow.

Patrol responded to Newtown Richboro Rd. at Chestnut Dr. for a report of a two vehicle traffic accident. Unit #1 attempted to turn in front of Unit #2 causing a collision. There were no reported injuries and neither vehicle required a tow.
Attempted Vehicle Theft
Patrol responded to Sienna Circle for a report of an attempted theft of a vehicle. Complainant reports letting her dog outside due to excess barking. Her dog ran toward the side of the house by the driveway. The complainant stated she followed the dog and observed an unknown male seated in the driver seat of her vehicle. The subject exited the complainant’s vehicle and fled toward Jacksonville Rd. Patrol arrived on location and was unable to locate the suspect. Detectives following up.

Fraud
Patrol responded to a residence for a report of a fraud. Complainant reports writing a check for his daughter’s lacrosse team and placing it in the mailbox. A few days later, the team stated they never received the check. The complainant checked his bank info and noticed the check was altered. The amount was changed to over $9,000 and the “pay to” name was also changed. The complainant contacted his bank. Detectives to follow up.
Warrants
Patrol was contacted by Philadelphia PD with regards to having a subject in custody that was wanted out of our Police Dept. Patrol responded and took the suspect into custody. He was processed and arraigned.

Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Bustleton Pike at Knowles Ave. for a report of a two vehicle accident. Unit #1 struck Unit #2 as they were turning left. There were no reported injuries but both vehicles required a tow.

Theft from Vehicle
Patrol responded to Nelson Dr. for a report of a theft from vehicle. Complainant reports that an unknown subject stole the catalytic converter from his motor vehicle. The theft occurred on 03/05/22- 03/06/22 between the hours of 6:30 p.m. and 1230 a.m. Detectives to follow up.
