Dog Complaint
Patrol responded to the area of Bluebird Road for a report of dogs running loose. Upon arrival, officers located the dogs and had prior knowledge of their residence. The dogs were returned to their home, and the owner was issued a violation.

Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to the 1000 block of 2nd Street Pike for a traffic accident. Unit #1 and Unit #2 were operating on private property (a parking lot) when they made contact with one another. A tow was not required.

Suspicious Vehicle
At approximately 4:00 AM, patrol observed an occupied vehicle parked in the 1400 block of Buck Road. Contact was made with the driver, who stated they had pulled into the lot to rest. No issues were observed, and the driver left the area.

Open Door
Patrol responded to a residence on Jacksonville Road for a report of an open door. Officers checked the property and found everything to be ok.

Traffic Stop – DUI Arrest
Patrol initiated a traffic stop in the area of Almshouse Road and Spencer Road. Following an investigation, the driver was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to the area of Chinquapin Road for a traffic accident. Unit #1 was traveling on Chinquapin Road when it left the roadway and struck private property. A tow was required.

Traffic Stop – DUI Arrest
Patrol initiated a traffic stop in the area of Buck Road and Thoroughbred Drive for a vehicle violation. Following an investigation, the driver was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

Fire
Patrol responded to the 100 block of Buck Road for a fire. The fire was extinguished, and the incident remains under investigation.

During this tour, patrol handled 19 alarm calls, 15 abandoned 911 calls, 44 medical emergencies, 7 bookings, 4 domestic disputes, 10 civil disputes, 82 traffic monitoring details, and 10 crime prevention details.
