Officers participated in “Read Across America Day” and read to students at various elementary schools throughout the township.

Fraud
A complainant came to the police station to report fraud. They received an overdraft notification from a bank with which they never held an account. Upon contacting the financial institution, it was discovered that an unknown person had used their information to open an account and deposit and withdraw funds. Information was collected, and the case was assigned to Detectives.

Fraud
A complainant reported a pending transaction for a purchase they did not make. They contacted the financial institution, which will credit the account and investigate the fraud. Information was collected.

Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to a parking lot in the 800 block of Bustleton Pike for a traffic accident. Unit #1 was backing out of a parking space and made contact with parked Unit #2. No tow was required.

03-06-26  
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Newtown-Richboro Road at St. Leonards Road for a traffic accident. Unit #1 was entering Newtown-Richboro Road from St. Leonards Road when it made contact with Unit #2, traveling eastbound. A tow was required.

Juvenile Complaint
Patrol responded to 2nd Street Pike for a report of a juvenile riding an e-bike. The rider was located, and contact was made. A parent was contacted to pick up the e-bike.

Traffic Stop / DUI Arrest
Patrol initiated a traffic stop at Tanyard Road and Friesland Drive for a motor vehicle violation. During the investigation, the driver was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

During this tour, patrol handled 11 alarm calls, 9 abandoned 911 calls, 42 medical emergencies, 4 bookings, 5 domestic disputes, 7 civil disputes, 75 traffic monitoring details, and 20 crime prevention details.
