Patrol responded to a residence in the Richboro section of the township after receiving a call from a doctor’s office reporting that a patient failed to appear for a scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, patrol made contact with the individual, who was found to be ok. The doctor’s office was advised.

Suspicious Vehicle
Patrol responded to the area of Edwards Drive for a report of a suspicious vehicle. The complainant reported an SUV making deliveries in the area. Upon arrival, patrol made contact with the driver and determined they were a subcontractor delivering packages. No issues were found.

Traffic Accident (Deer Involved)
Patrol responded to the area of 2nd Street Pike and West Buttonwood Drive for a traffic accident involving a deer. Unit #1 was traveling northbound on 2nd Street Pike when a deer entered the roadway, resulting in a collision. No tow was required.

Well-Being Check
Patrol responded to a parking lot in the 200 block of Holland Road for a report of a person slumped over inside a vehicle. Upon arrival, patrol located the vehicle and made contact with the individual. The individual was found to be ok.

Traffic Stop – DUI Arrest
Patrol initiated a traffic stop in the area of Hope Road and Rocksville Road for a vehicle violation. Through investigation, the driver was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
Fraud
The complainant reported receiving a text message from their financial institution stating that transactions on their account were declined. Upon reviewing their account, the complainant discovered unauthorized activity and changes. Information was gathered, and the case was assigned to a detective.

Scam
The complainant reported finding an item for sale on Facebook Marketplace and placing a deposit using a money transfer app. The seller later requested additional funds, and the complainant determined the listing was fraudulent. Information was gathered, and the case was assigned to detectives.

Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to the area of Buck Road and Holland Road for a traffic accident. Unit #1 was traveling southbound on Buck Road and attempted to make a left turn onto Holland Road when the vehicle slid due to snowy conditions and struck a retaining wall. Tow was required.
During this tour, patrol handled 25 alarm calls, 8 abandoned 911 calls, 43 medical emergencies, 10 bookings, 4 domestic disputes, 5 civil disputes, 91 traffic monitoring details, and 14 crime prevention details.
