Downed Wires
Patrol responded to the area of Spencer Road and Skyview Drive for the report of a downed wire. Upon arrival, officers observed downed power lines. PECO was contacted and responded to the scene to address the issue.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to the area of Knowles Avenue for a traffic accident. Unit #1 was traveling northbound on Knowles Avenue when the driver lost control and struck a tree during snowy conditions. A tow was required.

Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to the area of East Holland Road and Polder Drive for a traffic accident. Unit #1 was traveling on East Holland Road when a tire detached from a trailer and struck Unit #2, which was traveling eastbound on East Holland Road. A tow was not required.

Traffic Accident (Deer Involved)
Patrol responded to the area of Almshouse Road and Hatboro Road for a traffic accident. Unit #1 was traveling westbound on Almshouse Road when a deer entered the roadway, resulting in a collision. A tow was not required.

Downed Wires
Patrol observed several downed wires in the area of Buck Road and Middle Holland Road that were blocking the roadway. Buck Road was temporarily closed until the wires were removed from the roadway.
Scam
A complainant reported attempting to purchase an item online and was contacted via text message requesting payment through Zelle. The complainant paid for the item and subsequently received a follow-up text requesting additional fees to be paid through the same cash app. At that point, the complainant believed it to be a scam. The item was never received. Information was gathered and the case has been assigned to Detectives.

Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to the 800 block of Newtown-Richboro Road for a traffic accident. Unit #1 was traveling eastbound on Newtown-Richboro Road when it struck the rear of Unit #2, which was traveling in the same direction and slowing down. Unit #2 then struck the rear of Unit #3, which was stopped, and Unit #3 subsequently struck the rear of Unit #4. A tow was required.

Traffic Accident (DUI Arrest)
Patrol responded to the area of Hatboro Road and Almshouse Road for a traffic accident. Unit #2 was stopped at the intersection when it was struck by Unit #1. Following investigation, the driver of one of the vehicles was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

Patrol responded to the area of Buck Road for the report of a utility pole with an electrical box containing exposed wires. Upon arrival, officers observed the issue and secured the box without incident.
