At 5:47 a.m, Patrol responded to Redwood Dr. for a report of two subjects observed inside the complainant's vehicle which was parked in her driveway. The complainant reports the subjects left the area heading toward Misty Meadow Rd. While checking the area, Patrol located an occupied vehicle on Glen Meadow Rd. The subjects stated they were parked on Glen Meadow Rd. waiting to pick someone up for work.

After further investigation, it was determined both subjects were going through unlocked vehicles, stealing items. Suspect, Karen Tumbaco was taken into custody for Theft from Vehicle, Loitering and Prowling at Night and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
