Patrol responded to 2nd St. Pike at Almshouse Rd. for a report of a two vehicle traffic accident. The vehicle operator of Unit #1, James Trainor rear ended the vehicle operator of Unit #2. After further investigation, it was determined that James Trainor was driving under the influence and he was taken into custody.
