Patrol conducted a traffic stop in the area of the 900 block of 2nd St. Pike. The stopped vehicle was not registered, had fraudulent inspection/emission stickers, and no insurance. The vehicle operator, Eric Rodriguez also had a stolen license plate out of Philadelphia in his possession. After further investigation, Rodriguez was taken into custody.
