Patrol observed a gray sedan pulled over to the side of North Friesland Dr. with the vehicle running. The vehicle operator, Richard Potts appeared to be sleeping behind the wheel. Patrol exited his vehicle to do a well being check. After speaking with Mr. Potts, it was clear he was under the influence. Mr. Potts was taken into custody for Driving Under the Influence.
