Patrol responded to Jacksonville Rd. at Pulinski Rd. for a report of a traffic accident. While investigating the accident, it was learned the vehicle operator, Frank O'Brien's Pennsylvania Driver License was listed as ignition interlock. O'Brien's vehicle was not equipped with an ignition interlock.
