Patrol conducted a traffic stop in the area of Buck Rd for a vehicle code violation. After further investigation, it was learned the temporary vehicle registration plate was counterfeit. The vehicle operator, Rodrigo Martinez Garcia was taken into custody. Rodrigo Martinez Garcia was also charged with Driving Without a License and No insurance.
