Patrol responded to the 1800 block of East Bristol Rd. for the report of a single vehicle traffic accident. Complainant reports that a vehicle was up on the embankment off of the roadway on a resident's property. Upon arrival, the vehicle left the scene. The vehicle was located by 73 PD with heavy damage. After further investigation, the vehicle operator, Victor Hayduchok was placed under arrest for driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage.
