On Monday, February 21, 2022 at approximately 9:30 a.m. the Northampton Township Police Department investigated a fatal one-vehicle crash at the intersection of Lower Holland Road and Grace Drive. An extensive investigation was conducted by the Northampton Township Police Traffic Safety Unit, assisted by Chief Steven Mawhinney and Officer Jeffrey Moffett from the Bucks County Crash Reconstruction Team. After presenting the results of this investigation to the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office, Theresa Dowling, the vehicle operator, was charged with Homicide by Motor Vehicle, and related offenses.
