While patrolling the area of Holly Hill Rd. at approximately 4:20 a.m., Patrol observed a male subject sleeping in the driver seat of his parked vehicle on the side of the roadway.  Patrol approached the vehicle and observed a controlled substance and paraphernalia on the passenger seat. The vehicle occupant was identified via his drivers license as Dominick DiPalma. After further investigation, DiPalma was taken into custody for possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.
