This agency is attempting to locate a driver/vehicle that was involved in a hit & run vehicle crash on Wednesday December 12th 2018 on Washington Avenue.

The vehicle is a 1998-2000 black Toyota Corolla with a reported partial registration of "KGR" being operated by a young male.  The vehicle will have front end damage.
