Newtown Borough, PA ~ The Newtown Borough Police Department is investigating a retail theft that occurred on September 4, 2019 at the Wine and Spirits located at 212 South State Street.  The actor who committed the retail theft stole bottles of alcohol with a total value over $50.  The actor left the store on foot travelling north on South State Street.  Help us identify the actor seen in the attached surveillance pictures.
