Motor Vehicle Theft – 08/08/23 @ 01:32 – Report of a 2010 Hyundai Elantra stolen from the
7-11 parking lot on S. Pennsylvania Avenue.  Owner left vehicle with the engine running went she went into the store.  Vehicle was recovered by Hamilton Township Police.  Value:  $2,500.00

Theft – 08/09/23 @ 15:14 – Report of two pair of Vesace frames stolen from Design for Vision on E. Trenton Avenue.  Value:  $800.00

Theft – 08/09/23 @ 15:36 – Report of a hand gun stolen on Harrison Avenue.  Value:  $300.00

Arrest/Search Warrant – 08/1/23 @ 09:10 – Morrisville Police assisted Bucks County Detectives in the search and arrest of Nicholas Jacobus, age 34, on S. Washington Street.  He was processed and sent to Bucks County Prison.

Theft – 08/10/23 @ 14:50 – Report of a handgun and suppressor were stolen from a home on Stockham Avenue.  Value:  $1,750.00

Arrest/Warrant – 08/12/23 @ 17:25 – Izimm Kershaw, age 24, was taken into custody for an active warrant from Middletown Township Police Department on Woodland Avenue.  He was transported to Middletown Township Police Department.

Arrest/DUI/Possession – 08/14/23 @ 21:19 – Jennifer Shields, age 54, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Drug Possession at Baker and Robertson Avenues.  She was processed and released pending summons to court.

Arrest/Drug Possession – 08/15/23 @ 22:50 – Donald Shuster, age 37, was arrested for Drug Possession in the Mill Pond Shopping Center parking lot on S. Pennsylvania Avenue. He was processed and released.

Arrest/Harassment – 08/16/23 @ 22:55 – Daniel Green, age 25, was cited for harassment for a domestic dispute at the Quality Inn on S. Pennsylvania Avenue.

Arrest/Public Drunkenness – 08/17/23 @ 05:07 – Karl Johnson, age 41, was cited for Public Drunkenness at the Dunkin Donuts on W. Bridge Street.

Arrest/Possession/Fleeing and Eluding a Police Officer – 08/17/23 @ 12:24 – Francisco Santana, age 32, was arrested for Drug Possession, Fleeing and Eluding a Police Officer and traffic offenses following a traffic stop on E. Bridge and Washington Streets.  He was processed and released.

Arrest/Warrant/Fleeing and Eluding a Police Officer – 08/17/23 @ 15:44 – Jesse McMillan, age 37, was arrested for an outstanding warrant from New Jersey after a traffic stop at E. Trenton and N. Pennsylvania Avenues and transported to Trenton Police Department.  A warrant will be issued for Fleeing and Eluding a Police Officer and traffic offenses in Morrisville.

Arrest/DUI – 08/17/23 @ 23:26 – Francisco Garcia, age 27, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence after an incident on E. Philadelphia and S. Delmorr Avenues.  He was processed and released.

Arrest/DUI/Possession – 08/19/23 @ 22:48 – Jacqueline Warner, age 53, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Drug Possession after a traffic stop on W. Trenton Avenue.  She was processed and released.

Arrest/Retail Theft – 08/20/23 @ 16:29 – Joseph Leaver, age 43, was arrested for stealing merchandise from the Dollar Tree on E. Trenton Avenue.  He was processed and released.  Dollar Tree reported he stole merchandise again on 08/21/23 and a warrant was issued for his arrest.  On 08/23/23 Falls Township Police arrested him for retail theft at the WaWa on W. Trenton Avenue and sent to Bucks County Prison.

Arrest/Disorderly Conduct – 08/20/23 @ 19:00 – A female  juvenile will be charged with Disorderly Conduct for an incident on Center Street.

Motor Vehicle theft – 08/20/23 @ 22:32 – Report of a 2008 Ford Focus stolen after victim left vehicle running to go into a store for takeout food in the Morrisville Shopping Center on E. Trenton Avenue.

Arrest/Warrant - 08/22/23 @ 11:36 – Eugene Ubiles, age 39, was transported from Mercer County Jail to Morrisville Police Headquarters for an active warrant for Terroristic Threats that occurred in February.  He was processed and released.

Arrest/Disorderly Conduct – 08/22/23 @ 18:00 – A male juvenile will be charged with Disorderly Conduct for an incident at the Morrisville High School.

Arrest/Criminal Mischief/Disorderly Conduct – 08/23/23 @ 03:10 – Mariah Devugt, age 27, will be cited for Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct for an incident that occurred at an apartment on Plaza Boulevard.

Arrest/Warrant/Drug Possession – 08/26/23 @ 09:57 – John Yates, age 37, was arrested during a pedestrian stop on S. Pennsylvania Avenue.  He was arrested for Drug Possession and for an outstanding warrant from the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.  He was processed and released to the Sheriffs.

Arrest/Public Drunkenness – 08/26/23 @ 10:26 – Joseph Vioravanti, age 45, was cited for Public Drunkenness for an incident on E. Bridge and Washington Streets.

Arrest/Warrant – 08/26/23 @ 19:10 – Jacqueline McDonnell, age 59, was arrested for an active warrant for Failure to Appear.  She was processed and released to the Sheriffs.

Motor Vehicle Theft – 08/27/23 @ 05:03 – Report of a Honda Civic stolen on Barclay Avenue.  The key was left in a separate unlocked vehicle at the residence.  Value:  $12,000.00

Arrest/Sale of Tobacco products – 08/28/23 – The Department of Health conducted compliance checks for selling tobacco to underage minors.  Three businesses were cited.

Theft – 08/28/23 @ 13:16 – Report of used cooking oil stored in a container in back of business was stolen sometime over the past 2 weeks.  Value:  $25.00
