Morrisville Police Log (6/22/21-6/30/21)

Fraud – 06/22/21 @ 20:28 – Report of a blue Infinite Q50 purchased through an offer up app where the parties met in the parking lot of a business on the 500 block of S. Pennsylvania Avenue on 6/21/21 at 2300 hours.  The vehicle was left at the business for repair work.  On 6/22/21 the business contacted the buyer to state the vehicle was not in the parking lot and that a tow truck came around 0200 hours.  The buyer contacted the tow company who informed him that someone called to have it towed because they lost their keys to the vehicle.

Arrest/Warrant – 06/22/21 @ 23:35 – Michael Herrick, age 31, was arrested for a failure to appear warrant from the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office during a traffic stop on the unit block of S. Pennsylvania Avenue.  He was processed and released to the Bucks County Sheriffs. 

Motor Vehicle Theft – 06/23/21 @ 09:58 – Report of a 2013 blue Ford Focus stolen overnight at an apartment complex on the 400 block of Plaza Boulevard.  The vehicle was parked on 6/22/21 at 1600 hours and the keys may have been left in the vehicle.  Vehicle was recovered in Willingboro, New Jersey.

Motor Vehicle Theft – 06/23/21 @ 11:56 – Report of a 2001 red Dodge Ram 1500 was stolen on the 500 block of Wilk Drive. The vehicle was parked in the homeowner’s driveway with keys left in the vehicle.   Also in the vehicle was a sawzall, nailgun, air compressor, drill and Lowe’s gift card.  Vehicle was recovered in the evening hours on this date on the 500 block of Rosemar Drive.

Arrest/Simple Assault – 06/23/21 @ 21:31 – Naijene Nadal, age 26, was arrested for Simple Assault and Resisting Arrest during a domestic incident on the 400 block of Plaza Boulevard.  He was sent to Bucks County Prison.

Theft – 06/25/21 @ 13:29 – Report of an unlocked Dodge SUV broken into and a small amount of change stolen.  Incident occurred on 600 block of S. Pennsylvania Avenue.

Arrest/Drug Possession/Paraphernalia/Public Drunkenness – 06/25/21 @ 15:08 – Melanie Capindale, age 34, was arrested for Drug Possession and other charges after a report of a person passed out on the curb on the 600 block of N. Lafayette Avenue. She was processed and released pending a summons.

Assault – 06/26/21 @ 00:03 – Report of female assaulted by two black males in their 20’s wearing hoodies as she was walking to her apartment building on the 400 block of Plaza Boulevard.  The males left on foot.

Theft from Motor Vehicle – 06/27/21 @ 13:13 – Report of cigarettes and small miscellaneous items stolen from a Honda on the 600 block of Dorsett Avenue. Value: $10.00

Robbery – 06/27/21 @ 17:52 – Report of female victim approached by two suspects as she was getting out of her vehicle in the parking lot of an apartment complex on the 300 block of Plaza Boulevard.  One suspect pointed a gun at her and the other demanded her keys.  Both suspects are described as thin build and one taller than the other.   One was wearing a black/yellow mask and the other was wearing a burgundy/black mask. They did not get anything and fled on foot.

Arrest/DUI – 06/28/21 @ 01:31 – Kathlyn Cintron, age 40, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence after a traffic accident on Hamilton Boulevard and W. Palmer Street.  She was processed and released pending a summons.

Robbery – 06/28/21 @ 14:20 – Report of a female assaulted and keys stolen by a young adult black male, slender build, wearing a blue do-rang, light blue jeans and unknown color shirt as she was near her vehicle in the apartment parking lot on the 400 block of Plaza Boulevard.  Suspect left on foot.
