Arrest/Simple Assault - 04/05/23 @02:48 - Raymond Talbot, age 56, was arrested for Simple Assault for an incident that occurred on N. Pennsylvania Ave. He was processed and arraigned and sent to Bucks County Prison.

Arrest/Warrant – 04/06/23 @ 22:52 – Eric Munyon, age 38, was arrested for a warrant from Philadelphia Probation during a traffic stop on W. Trenton Avenue.  He was sent to Bucks County Prison.

Retail Theft – 04/08/23 @ 14:00 – Report of stolen snack foods from Giant Grocery Store.  The black female was wearing sunglasses and a dark hoodie over her head.  She fled in a black Kia toward Trenton.  Value:  $150.00

Arrest/Simple Assault/Possession – 04/08/23 @ 19:03 – A juvenile white female was arrested for Simple Assault, Possession and other related charges after driving through the Borough with two males who were shooting an Orbeez gun at a person. 

Arrest/Disorderly Conduct/Public Drunkeness – 04/09/23 @ 06:17 – Alzavier Upshur, age 33, was cited for Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkeness for an incident on Plaza Boulevard.

Retail Theft – 04/10/23 @ 10:40 – Report of designed sunglasses stolen from Design for Vision by a black female wearing a surgical mask, sunglasses and wig.  She fled with a black male in an unknown direction.  Value: $2,400.00

Arrest/Drug Possession – 04/10/23 @ 20:59 – Elvin Alvarez, age 36, was arrested for Possession during a traffic stop on North Delmorr and E. Trenton Avenues.  He was processed and released pending summons.

Arrest/Possession – 04/11/23 @ 20:29 – Brian South, age 37, was arrested for Drug Possession and a Warrant from the Bucks County Sheriffs during a traffic stop on S. Delmorr and E. Philadelphia Avenues.  He was processed and released to the Sheriffs.

Arrest/Criminal Mischief – 04/12/23 @ 07:15 – Adam Wiley, age 19, Erich Holthenrichs, age 20, and a 17 year old juvenile male were cited for Criminal Mischief for an incident that occurred on 03/29/23 on Melvin Avenue.

Theft – 04/12/23 @ 09:00 – Report of a catalytic converter stolen from a Ford Pickup Truck on W. Bridge Street.  Value:  $4,000.00

Warrant/Retail Theft – 04/12/23 @ 13:34 – A Warrant was issued for Anthony Parker, age 44, for stealing seafood at the Giant Food Store on W. Trenton Avenue on 03/25/23.   Value:  $180.00

Arrest/Trespassing – 04/12/23 @ 14:50 – Cathleen O’Donnell, age 52, will be cited for Trespassing for an incident on W. Philadelphia Avenue.

Arrest/DUI – 04/12/23 @ 20:28 – Unk Unk, age 42, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence during a traffic stop on E. Bridge and Washington Streets.  She was processed and released.

Arrest/False Communications – 04/13/23 @ 04:18 – Justina Brewington, age 42, will receive a summons for making false reports and communications to 911 for incidents that occurred on N. Delmorr Avenue.

Arrest/Warrant – 04/13/23 @ 11:00 – Ryan Sawicki, age 39, was taken into custody at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility by our officer for a Warrant from this Department and transported to Bucks County Prison.

Arrest/Assist Other Agencies – 04/13/23 @ 14:22 – This Department assisted the Bucks County Detectives Drug Strike Force in the arrest of Nathaniel Stewart, age 32, for the delivery of a controlled substance.  Incident occurred on N. Pennsylvania Avenue.
