Criminal Mischief-11/28/25 @0724- Complainant stated he walked by a yellow Freightliner truck and noticed a lock had been cut from the vehicle in the area of Anderson and Baker Ave.

Arrest/Warrant-11/29/25 @2226-Joseph Michael Leaver, age 46, was wanted out of this department for multiple retail thefts, and was picked up by Falls Twp. Police Department. Officers from this department took him into custody. He was transported to HQ’s and fingerprinted on both warrants. Leaver was released on $10,000 unsecured bail.

Fraud via Facebook Marketplace-12/01/25 @1210- Victim states that she was trying to buy a table from the Holly Jolly Holiday Market at Market Fair. An individual sent her a message on Facebook Messenger claiming to be with the event. Victim sent $80 and $30 through Zelle. The individual’s Facebook account was fake, and the event was sold out; they do not message the vendors on Facebook.

Attempted Burglary-12/01/25 @1829- Victim states on Sunday morning at 0148 hrs. and Monday morning at 0240 hrs. a medium build male tried to enter a side door, crawling up the stairs on his knees, trying the doorknob on the 400 block of Osborne Ave. It was the same male in the same set of clothing both mornings. The male actor was wearing a white bandanna on his face, a red hoodie underneath a blue hoodie with a white logo on the back, and blue jeans and gray work gloves.

Theft from Auto-120/01/25 @1327-Victim states an enclosed truck parked on Anderson Ave. was broken into sometime over the weekend. The padlock was cut, and the vehicle was entered, and two rolls of water supply copper pipe were taken. The value of the copper pipe is $2000.00, and the value of the padlock is $100.00.

Fraud-12/01/25 @1757-Victim states that someone is threatening to release photoshopped pictures if he does not pay $3000.00. The message was sent through WhatsApp, and if he didn’t pay the amount, he would send pictures to his contact. No Money was sent.
