On November 14, 2025, at approximately 1200 hours, patrol officers conducted a traffic stop on a Toyota Highlander for expired and suspended registration.

Contact was made with the driver Richard McCartney, 51 years old, from Philadelphia, and passenger Madison Malloy, 26 years old, from Feasterville, both of whom were found to have active arrest warrants.

During the course of the traffic stop investigation, suspected narcotics, namely crack cocaine, and drug paraphernalia were located within the vehicle.

Both McCartney and Malloy were arrested and processed to await their preliminary hearings at District Court.
