On Monday, October 19, 2026, at approximately 3:30 PM, an observant township resident noticed subjects cutting down Verizon telecommunications wires in the area of Bustleton Pike and Jasmine Way. The witness contacted police and reported that a U-Haul van was being used in the incident.

Police quickly responded and located a male and female near the U-Haul van and the severed Verizon telecommunications wires.

The individuals were identified as Claudia Feroukh, 51, of Philadelphia, and Tim Clarke, 51, of Bensalem. A records check revealed an active arrest warrant for Feroukh.

A Verizon representative responded to the scene and determined that approximately 125 feet of severed wire would need to be replaced with an estimated value of $10,000.

Both Feroukh and Clarke were arrested, arraigned, and transported to Bucks County Prison, where they will await their preliminary hearing.
