June 26, 2026 the Lower Southampton Township Police responded to the TJ MAXX in Feasterville, PA for a report of a Retail Theft that occurred on June 22, 2026 at 2:57 PM. 

Through investigation 44-year-old Monique D. Davila of Philadelphia was identified as the involved female who entered the TJ MAXX and concealed assorted merchandise into a back pack that she entered the store with and a luggage bag and carry bag which she selected from the sales floor.  Davila then exited the store without paying for any of the concealed merchandise and the luggage and carry bag. 

A Criminal Complaint was filed against Monique D. Davila for the charges of Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property.
