On Wednesday May 20, 2026 at approximately 6:30 a.m., patrol units were dispatched to the area of the 7-11 store on Brownsville Road for a report of a male exposing his genitals and engaging in lewd behavior. Officers arrived and contacted a male matching the suspect’s description who was actively exposing himself in public. The male was identified as Isaih JONES, a 35-year-old from Wilmington, Delaware.

JONES refused to comply with multiple requests to stop his actions and was taken into custody after a struggle with officers.

JONES was arraigned and transported to BCP to await his preliminary hearing.
