I'm not sure this subject got the memo that this is the season of giving....

On December 19, 2023 at approximately 1550 hours, the unknown male subject entered the Walmart at 1515 Bethlehem Pike and selected a $3 pack of lighters. The subject went to a cashier and provided a $100 bill to the cashier for payment. During the transaction, the subject's Grinch side took over. The subject used slight of hand along with deception to take back his payment method and gain the $96 change from the lighter transaction. This crime is known as flim-flam or more commonly as quick changing. Please help us identify this season of giving thief!
