While on patrol at the Country House Motel, Morrisville, Officers detected the odor of marijuana in the parking lot.  As they investigated further,  officers located the room the odor was emanating from and met with the occupant, Stewart Wilson who admitted to police he was smoking it and having marijuana in the room.  He was charged with the offenses
