Officers responded for a disturbance on Liberty Dr., early Saturday morning.  Police observed the male half, Raymond Wambold, was intoxicated.  While the other party involved was leaving the area, Mr. Wambold attempted to leave in his vehicle, however, officers were able to stop him from leaving.  Police also located drugs on him. He was arrested for DUI and possession.
