On March 9th around 10:15 a.m., police were on scene at the New Falls Motel, when an officer observed a male sitting in a vehicle with out of state plates.  The officer approached the vehicle to check on the driver, identified as Scott Valerio.  After observing the behavior of Mr. Valerio and a brief conversation, he consented to a search of his vehicle.  Officers found drug paraphernalia in the vehicle and on his person.  He was arrested and charged with the offenses.
