On June 19th around 12:30 p.m., officers received a report of a motorist dispute in which a firearm was displayed . The victim  stated there was a verbal argument at the drive- thru at the Wendys Restaurant at which time the actor got out of his vehicle and was holding the weapon and trying to get the victim to exit his vehicle.  At the time of the incident, the victim was in the vehicle with juvenile children.  The victim provided a vehicle description and the driver of the vehicle was located at his residence in Morrisville.  Officers spoke with the driver, Hector Ginorio and were able to identify him as the subject who displayed the weapon.  He was arrested and charged with the offenses.
