While on patrol, March 06 shortly after midnight, an officer observed a vehicle being driven with damage to the back windshield and stopped the vehicle.  While speaking with the driver, Joseph Collora, he consented to a search of his vehicle.  He and his passenger then exited the vehicle.  During the search of the vehicle, officers located drugs and drug paraphernalia.  Mr. Collora was placed into custody.  While an officer spoke with the passenger of the vehicle, Mr. Collora was yelling that everything in the car was "mine".  He was subsequently charged with drugs possession and related offenses.
