On September 21, 2022, Marissa Cook, last known address in Pottsville PA, was arrested by Dublin Borough Police for a State Parole warrant and was taken by State Parole officers to Muncy Prison. Items that were in her possession at the time of her arrest were later found to have been taken from a commercial business in Dublin after the owner contacted Police about a burglary. Her wallet was also left at the scene of the crime. A warrant was secured for her arrest, and she was subsequently arraigned by video from the prison by District Judge Gary Gambardella. A hearing date has not yet been set.
