On October 16, 2017 at approximately 1618 hours Doylestown Township Police responded to the Kohl's Department Store 1745 Easton Road for a report of a retail theft in progress. Reports were that a b/m and b/f, later identified as Daniel Crawford 26 y/o from Scranton, PA and Triana Johnston 18 y/o from Scranton, PA, had entered the store and purchased items using a counterfeit $100 bill. Crawford and Johnston were seen entering a burgundy Ford Taurus bearing PA registration GZL-5172 with two additional subjects waiting inside the vehicle. Subjects were later identified as Michele Harper 40 y/o from Kingston, PA and Rufus Tillmon 34y/o from Wilks-Barre, PA. Crawford and Johnston were then seen entering the Marshall's Department store while the Ford Taurus was still in the parking lot.
Upon officers arrival and interviewing witnesses officers placed Crawford and Johnston under arrest. Officers interview Harper and placed Harper and Tillmon under arrest. All fours suspects were charged with the following crimes:

PACC 907(a) Possessing Instrument of Crime, Misdemeanor 1 (2 counts)
PACC 4106(a)(1)(i) Access Device Fraud, Misdemeanor 1 (2 counts)
PACC 3922(a)(1) Theft by Deception, Misdemeanor 2 (2 counts)
PACC 3925(a) Receiving Stolen Property, Misdemeanor 2 (2 counts)
