4/1/2019 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – Doylestown Borough – Dieidree Downey, 21, Canada, was cited when officers were dispatched to the Doylestown SEPTA train station for the report of intoxicated subjects at approximately 1828 hours in one of the train cars. Initially, Downey couldn’t be roused and Central Bucks EMS was called to the scene, transporting her to Doylestown Hospital.

3/30/2019 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – Doylestown Borough – Eric Regina, 33, North Wales, was cited when at approximately 2204 hours officers were dispatched to Starbucks for an intoxicated subject. Contact was made and a PBT administered; subsequently Regina was transported to police headquarters for his safety.

3/30/2019 – DUI – ALCOHOL – Doylestown Borough – Heather McKay, 26, Doylestown, was arrested at approximately 0000 hours when an officer observed her turning from N. Main Street onto East State Street going against traffic on the One Way street. Upon contact a strong odor of alcohol was immediately detected. A field sobriety test was administered and she was transported to Doylestown Hospital for a blood draw.

3/30/2019 to 3/31/2019 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Doylestown Borough -  All of the following were cited for public urination: Robert Brockson, 25, Avondale, at approximately 0215 hours in the vicinity of the tens block of S. Main Street; Alexander Konig, 21, Castleton, NY, and Joseph McGlade, 21, Ambler at approximately 0150 hours in the vicinity of the thirties block of W. State Street; Dominic Carfagno, 25, Plymouth Meeting, at approximately 0100 hours in an alleyway near County Theater; Alexis Scanio, 24, Bristol, at approximately 0111 hours in an alleyway adjacent to Finney’s Pub; Justin Forktus, 23, Yardley, at approximately 0221 hours in the vicinity of the teens block of W. State Street; Lawrence Swaim, 21, Warminster, at approximately 0026 hours in the vicinity of East State and N. Main Streets; Joseph Schaffer, 22, Sellersville, at approximately 0143 hours in the vicinity of the teens block of S. Main Street; Obinna Exeife, 31, Newtown, at approximately 0218 hours in the vicinity of the twenties block of S. Hamilton Street.

3/28/2019 – DUI – ALCOHOL – Doylestown Borough – Joseph Parkerson, 36, Ambler was arrested when his vehicle made contact with a police vehicle parked for a traffic detail in a school zone. The officer pursued Parkerson, who stopped. A field sobriety test was administered and he was transported to Doylestown Hospital for a blood draw.

Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
