12/26/2018 – PUBLIC DRUNKENESS – Doylestown Borough – Stacey Field, 28, Doylestown, was cited when an officer was dispatched at approximately 2211 hours to Starbucks. Field was demonstrating signs of being highly intoxicated with slurred speech, pinpoint pupils, and unable to walk on her own. Field was later transported to Doylestown Hospital for treatment and evaluation.

12/22/2018 – PUBLIC DRUNKENESS – Doylestown Borough – Wayne Worthington, 60, Upper Black Eddy, was cited when an officer was dispatched at approximately 2211 hours to the area of Station 19 for a well-being of a male stumbling on the street. Worthington presented with signs of intoxication.

12/22/2018 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Doylestown Borough - Anthony Pineda Guzman, 21, Doylestown, was cited when observed by an officer at approximately 0036 hours publicly urinating.

12/19/2018 – SOLICITING WITHOUT A PERMIT – Chalfont Borough – Andrew Mahoney, 28, Maple Shade; Michael Papalia, 23, West Chester were both cited when officers were dispatched at approximately 1430 hours for a report of solicitors without permits in the area.      

12/16/2018 – PUBLIC DRUNKENESS – Doylestown Borough – Adam Sempowski, 25, Warrington, was cited when he was observed staggering into an elevator at Market Place on Main Street. When the officer activated the elevator and the door opened, Sempowski staggered out and presented with signs of intoxication and needing assistance.

12/16/2018 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT  FIGHTING– Doylestown Borough – John Christie, 21, Philadelphia; Mohammed Hanif, 25, Lansdale; Ryan Lipp, 26, Philadelphia; Michael Touey, 22, Warminster, were all cited when observed by an officer at approximately 0207 hours being involved in a physical altercation near the intersection of S. Main Street and E. Oakland Ave.

12/15/2018 – PUBLIC DRUNKENESS – Doylestown Borough -  Kevin Groome, 23, Warminster, was cited when an officer was flagged down by an Uber driver for a passenger that was not his intended fare who had gotten into the vehicle, passed out, and couldn’t be roused. The officer was able to wake Groome who was unable to follow basic instructions or answer basic questions and had a preliminary breath test over the legal limit. Groome was transported to Doylestown Hospital via Central Bucks Ambulance for further evaluation.
