Officer Timothy Conboy was sworn in as a Full-Time Police Officer at the February 27, 2020 Police Commission meeting by Chairman Brian Wallace. Officer Conboy is a graduate of Delaware County Police Academy (December 2019) and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminology with a minor in Psychology from Penn State University.
