ARRESTS
Disorderly Conduct Arrest, October 2, 2021, 400 Block of N. Street, Doylestown Borough – Richard Finlay, M/78, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police were dispatched for a neighbor dispute. A Citation has been filed.
Disorderly Conduct Arrest, October 3, 2021, 18 W. State Street, Doylestown Borough – George Popper, M/26, of Huntington Valley, PA, was arrested for the above offense for public urination. A Citation has been filed.
Drug Violation Arrest, October 3, 2021, 400 Block of N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Robert Musil, M/39, Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police observed him staggering and unable to remain upright. Musil was found to be in possession of controlled substances. Musil was transported to Doylestown Hospital for medical attention. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
Terroristic Threats Arrest, October 6, 2021, 500 Block of N. Broad Street, Doylestown Borough – Justin Simpson, M/40, Telford, PA, was arrested for the above offense after sending text messages threatening the life of the victim. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
DUI Arrest, October 6, 2021, Veterans Lane, Doylestown Borough – William Callow, M/69, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police responded to a report of a van swerving and almost striking pedestrians. Callow presented with bloodshot eyes and a strong odor of alcohol. Following failed sobriety tests, Callow was transported to Doylestown Hospital for a legal blood draw. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
Disorderly Conduct Arrest, October 7, 2021, 300 Block of S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Adam Rubinstein, M/50, Holland, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police were called to a domestic disturbance. A Citation has been filed.
Harassment Arrest, October 8, 2021, 400 Block of S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Veronica Woods McFadden, F/30, Philadelphia, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police were called for a disorderly person. McFadden was seen pushing/verbally harassing the victim and then escorted off the property. A Citation has been filed.
Assault Arrest, October 8, 2021, 500 Block of Fonthill Drive, Doylestown Borough – Paul Conce Jr., M/48, Doylestown Borough, was arrested for the above offense after police were called to a domestic disturbance where Conce pushed the victim. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
Public Drunkenness Arrest, October 9, 2021, 400 Block of W. Court Street, Doylestown Borough – Shawn Williams, M/22, Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police found him lying on his back on a residential property. Williams presented with a strong odor of alcohol, bloodshot eyes and unsteady on his feet. A Citation has been filed.
Public Drunkenness Arrest, October 9, 2021, 18 W. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Timothy Swierzewski, M/24, Sellersville, PA, was arrested for the above offense after urinating in public and admitting to being intoxicated. A Citation has been filed.
DUI Arrest, October 10, 2021, W. Court Street, Doylestown Borough – Edwin Fernando Simaj Cuc, M/24 of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense after officers were alerted to an intoxicated subject attempting to drive his vehicle out of a parking lot. Officers observed an opened beer in the front console of the vehicle; Cuc presented unsteady on his feet, bloodshot eyes and odor of alcoholic beverage. Cuc refused field sobriety tests and was transported to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness Arrest, October 10, 2021, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Daniel Clark Fagan, M/29 of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense after urinating in public. Later in the evening, contact was made again with Fagan when he presented in the middle of the roadway waving his arms in the air. Fagan presented with slurred speech, disheveled/wet clothing and emanated a strong odor of alcohol. Citations have been filed.
Terroristic Threat and Simple Assault Arrest, October 10, 2021, E. Ashland Street, Doylestown Borough – Justin James Way, M/38 of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offenses when police were dispatched to Burpee Park for suspect displaying a handgun. Way allegedly slapped a cell phone from one of the victim’s hands and pushed him before speeding off in his truck. Way was located and admitted to his actions. Weapon, CO2 pellet gun, was retrieved. Way was arraigned, bail set at 10% $70,000 with conditions and remanded to Bucks County Prison.
Arrest Warrant, Terroristic Threats, October 13, 2021, Center Square Towers, Doylestown Borough – An arrest warrant has been issued for Justin William Simpson, M/40 of Telford, PA. Simpson is wanted for sending numerous threatening text messages to the victim stating he wanted to stab the victim’s boyfriend. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
Criminal Mischief Arrest, October 13, 2021, 77 W. Butler Avenue (Magic Touch Car Wash), Chalfont Borough – Shane Higginbotham, M/32 of Chalfont, PA, was arrested for the above offense after video surveillance revealed Higginbotham damaged the washer spray hose by placing it inside his vehicle and slamming the passenger door on the hose. A Citation has been filed.
Theft, Receiving Stolen Property and Loitering Arrest, October 14, 2021, 200 block of W. Court Street, Doylestown Borough – David T. Wisler, M/75 of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offenses following an investigation of a stolen check. Surveillance footage showed Wisler taking a $400.00 check from resident’s mailbox and subsequently cashing the check in Jenkintown. Wisler was arraigned, bail set $20,000 unsecured with conditions.
DUI Arrest, October 15, 2021, N. Hamilton and Decatur Streets, Doylestown Borough – James Bernard Rolley, M/77 of Pipersville, PA, was arrested for the above offense following a traffic stop for travelling the wrong way on a one-way street (Wood Street). Rolley presented with an odor of alcohol and bloodshot, glassy eyes. Field sobriety tests were failed and subsequent blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
Public Drunkenness Arrest, October 16, 2021, 19 N. Main Street (Chambers Restaurant), Doylestown Borough – Carly Allison Gibson, F/21 of Dublin, PA, was arrested for the above offense after officers were dispatched for report of a highly intoxicated female. Officers found Gibson being held upright by employees and was taken to Doylestown Hospital for medical attention. A Citation has been filed.
Disorderly Conduct Arrest, October 16, 2021, tens block of N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Nicholas Robert Lyons, M/20 of Perkasie, PA, was arrested for the above offense for urinating in public. A Citation has been filed.
Public Drunkenness Arrest, October 16, 2021, tens block of N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Lucien Samuel St Onge, M/22 of New Britain, PA, was arrested for the above offense when officers on foot patrol observed him getting sick in the street. St Onge presented with heavily slurred speech, unsteady gait, and bloodshot/glassy eyes. A Citation has been filed.
Disorderly/Hazardous Conduct Arrest, October 16, 2021, 400 Block of North Street, Doylestown Borough – Eric Moyer, M/42 of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense following police dispatch for threatening remarks made to another resident. A Criminal Complaint has been filed. In a separate incident, the same day, Moyer was cited for Disorderly Conduct/Disturbing the Peace after police responded to a disturbance where Moyer displayed disruptive and erratic behavior. A Citation has been filed.
Public Drunkenness Arrest, October 21, 2021, 4 N. Main Street (Pop Inn), Chalfont Borough – Melissa Ashley Gillman, F/34 of Chalfont, PA, was arrested for the above offense when police responded to report of a female laying on the ground. The person accompanying Gillman stated they had been out drinking. Gillman was transported to Doylestown Hospital for medical assistance. A Citation has been filed.
Disorderly Conduct Arrest, October 23, 2021, tens block of N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Evan Joseph Vare, M/23 of Jamison, PA, was arrested for the above offense for public urination. A Citation has been filed.
Disorderly Conduct Arrest, October 24, 2021, tens block of N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough -Erlin Cervantes Salazar, M/26 of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense for public urination. A Citation has been filed.
DUI Arrest, October 30, 2021, N. Shady Retreat, New Britain Borough – Edmond Brodbine, M/24 of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police responded to a one-vehicle accident. The driver, Brodbine, presented with an odor of alcohol, slurred speech, and bloodshot/glassy eyes. Field sobriety tests were failed and subsequent blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
Public Drunkenness Arrest, October 31, 2021, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Alonzo A. Guachiac, M/23 of Hatfield, PA, was arrested for the above offense when officers observed Guachiac on the ground and bleeding presenting with a strong odor of alcohol and slurred speech. Guachiac was transported to Abington Hospital for medical assistance. A Citation has been filed.
DUI Arrest, October 31, 2021, S. Main and State Street, Doylestown Borough – Stephen Ira Reilly, M/47 of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense following a traffic stop after officers observed Reilly turning and hitting a parked vehicle. Reilly admitted to drinking, failed field sobriety tests, and was transported to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
Disorderly Conduct Arrest, October 31, 2021, W. Court Street, Doylestown Borough – Keith Christopher Osting, M/21 of North Wales, PA; and, Matthew J. Palage, M/21 of Huntingdon Valley, PA, were arrested for the above offense for urinating in public. Citations have been filed.
