ARRESTS

Disorderly Conduct, July 1, 2023, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Demond Galloway, M/24, of North Wales, PA, was cited for the above offense after Officers observed Galloway urinating in public. A Citation has been filed.

Possession of Firearm/Drug Violation, July 2, 2023, S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough - Vincent Earl Daughtry, M/37 of Philadelphia, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a traffic stop for a PA registration plate returning a different vehicle. Daughtry, who was the passenger in the vehicle, was found to have an Active Warrant out of Philadelphia. A loaded firearm was in the vehicle along with a controlled substance. Daughtry is prohibited from possessing a firearm. He was arraigned, bail set at 10% of $10,000 and remanded to Bucks County Prison. 

No License to Carry a Firearm/Controlled Substance/Unregistered Vehicle, July 2, 2023, S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough - Cameron Justin Ellis, M/25 of Philadelphia, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a traffic stop for a PA registration plate returning a different vehicle. A loaded firearm was found to be in the vehicle along with a controlled substance. Ellis was taken into custody, arraigned, bail set at $25,000 unsecured and released. 

Disorderly Conduct, July 2, 2023, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Shane Kelly, M/23, of Tampa, FL, was cited for the above offense after Officers observed Kelly urinating in public. A Citation has been filed.

Ordinance Violation, July 3, 2023, E. Court Street, Doylestown Borough – William Balog, M/28, of Wilmington, DE; Matheus De Morales, M/19, of Newark, DE; and Homestar Remodeling LLC were cited for the above offense after Officers found them soliciting for Homestar without a permit. Citations have been filed.

False ID to Law Enforcement/Driving while Suspended/Revoked/Other Charges, July 4, 2023, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Robert Russian IV, M/25, of Bristol, PA, was charged for the above offenses following a traffic stop for vehicle lights not illuminated during required times. Russian provided a false name to Officers, did not possess a driver’s license or vehicle registration and the vehicle inspection was expired. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

Hindering Apprehension, July 4, 2023, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Nicole Warner, F/25, of Furlong, PA, and Joseph Bush, M/19, of Tunkhannock, PA, were charged with the above offense for offering false information about a suspect during a police investigation. Criminal Complaints have been filed.

Drug Possession/Several Title 49 Violations, July 5, 2023, Unami Trail, New Britain Borough – Alexis De Jesus Duran, M/24, of Philadelphia, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop during a Motor Carrier detail. Duran presented with an odor of marijuana and asked Duran if it was in the vehicle. Duran admitted to having marijuana in the vehicle and instructed the officer where to find it. Duran was charged with several other violations relating to the operation of the truck/trailer combination. Duran was taken into custody, processed, and released. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

Criminal Trespass, July 6, 2023, W. Ashland Street, Doylestown Borough (Station Tap House) - Ryan Joseph Edwards, M/28 of Philadelphia, PA, was charged for criminal trespass following police dispatch  to a burglary alarm at the Station Tap House. Edwards was found inside the closed business for no legitimate reason. Edwards was taken into custody, arraigned with $5,000 unsecured bond and conditions. Edwards was turned over to the Delaware County Constable for an outstanding arrest warrant.

Disorderly Conduct, July 9, 2023, Hillside Avenue, Doylestown Borough – Abagael Havkin, F/19, of Chalfont, PA, was cited for the above offense after Officers observed Havkin urinating in public. A Citation has been filed.

Disorderly Conduct, July 9, 2023, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Colby Carmichael, M/22, of Lansdale, PA, was cited for the above offense after Officers observed Carmichael urinating in public. A Citation has been filed.

Public Drunkenness, July 9, 2023, W. Court Street, Doylestown Borough – Kimberlee Gessner, F/32, of Doylestown, PA, was cited for the above offense after police were called for an individual staggering in the street. Gessner presented with a strong odor of alcohol, slurred speech, and was having difficulty communicating. EMS was called to evaluate and transport her to Doylestown Hospital for treatment. A Citation has been filed.

Simple Assault/Terroristic Threats/Harassment, July 9, 2023, Hemlock Drive, New Britain Borough - Tyler Leopold Schuster, M/29 of New Britain, PA, was charged on the above offenses following police dispatch for an armed subject on the 100 block of Hemlock Drive. Following a verbal domestic dispute, the victim called 911 at which time Schuster raised a weapon in the victim’s direction. The victim was able to leave the house without incident. Upon police arrival, Schuster voluntarily exited the home peacefully, was taken into custody, arraigned, bail 10% of $10,000 and remanded to Bucks County Prison.

Disorderly Conduct, July 14, 2023, S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Kyle McGinnis, M/22 of Chalfont, PA, was cited for the above offense after Officers observed McGinnis urinating in public. A Citation has been filed.

Harassment, July 20, 2023, E. Oakland Avenue, Doylestown Borough – Maryjane Schaeffer, F/49, of Quakertown, PA, was cited for the above offense after Schaeffer continued to contact the victim, via text messages, despite police instruction to cease contact several months ago. A Citation has been filed.

DUI, July 22, 2023, s. Limekiln Pike & Butler Avenue, Chalfont Borough – Dylan Curtis Clee, M/34 of Chalfont, PA, was charged with the above offense after police observed Clee driving erratically and conducted a traffic stop. Clee presented as lethargic, sluggish and visibly sweating. Clee was transported to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

DUI, July 24, 2023, S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Matthew McDade, M/61 of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense when Officers observed McDade traveling North on Main Street when his vehicle crossed from the southbound lane into the northbound lane. McDade presented with an odor of alcohol, and glassy eyes. McDade was transported to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

Terroristic Threats/Fleeing Apprehension, July 25, 2023, Clemens Road, Doylestown Borough – Morgan Shaffer, M/44, of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offenses after police responded to a domestic disturbance. Prior to police arrival, Shaffer fled due to an active warrant. Shaffer was located a few days later and taken into custody. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

CRIME AND OTHER INCIDENTS

Theft, July 12, 2023, Town Center, New Britain Borough – An unknown male subject, wearing a duffle bag over his shoulder, walked into Giant Supermarket and Rite-Aid and stole items from both locations valued at over $500.

Theft, July 17, 2023, Town Center, New Britain Borough – Two unknown male subjects entered the Rite-Aid and while one of the subjects distracted the employee the other subject stole multiple items. They were seen leaving in a Black Chevy Malibu. Total value is over $900.
