ARRESTS
Aggravated Assault - November 1, 2022 (Chalfont Borough incident 10/30/21) – Jayzin Pearce-Terrell, M/18, Warrington, PA, was taken into custody by area police for an outstanding arrest warrant issued by CBRPD. Pearce-Terrell was charged with above offense and other charges after two victims reported being assaulted at a party in Chalfont Borough on 10/30/21. Pearce-Terrell was arraigned and released on $20,000 unsecured bail.
Harassment – November 1, 2022, 737 E. Butler Avenue, New Britain Borough – Michael T. Knoble, M/71, of New Britain, PA, and Christina J. McBrearty-Monach, F/43, of New Britain, PA, were charged with the above offense following police dispatch to a dispute among tenants.
DUI – November 5, 2022, N. Main & E. Court Streets, Doylestown Borough – Amy Lynn Huff, F/40, of Coopersburg, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for lights not being activated during a period in which lights are required. Huff presented with an odor of alcohol and glassy eyes. Field sobriety tests were failed and Huff refused legal blood draw. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
DUI – November 5, 2022, 485 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Sean David McGuffin, M/34, of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop when police observed McGuffin’s vehicle traveling north on Main Street, strike the curb and continue driving with two flat tires. McGuffin presented with an odor of alcohol, slurred speech and glassy eyes. Unable to perform field sobriety tests, McGuffin was transported to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
Public Drunkenness – November 6, 2022, 4 N. Main Street (Pop Inn), Chalfont Borough – Christine Marie Harper, F/46, of Chalfont, PA, was charged with the above offense when officers observed a highly-intoxicated female laying in the coy fish pond at the Pop Inn. EMS responded. A citation has been filed.
Stalking and Harassment – November 9, 2022 (Doylestown Borough incident 08/09/22 and 08/31/22) - Michael John Kennedy, M/52, of Phoenixville, PA, turned himself in on an Arrest Warrant (issued 11/07/22) for the above charges stemming from incidents reported in August. Kennedy contacted the victim numerous times via e-mail and voicemail in a harassing manner. Kennedy then placed a tracking device on the victim’s vehicle under the rear bumper with a magnet. The victim’s neighbor described Kennedy (known to the victim) placing the device on the victim’s vehicle. When the victim came to CBRPD HQ to report the incidents, Kennedy contacted the Bucks County Radio Room to inquire if the victim was at the police station filing a report against him. A search warrant was issued for the tracker showing Kennedy purchased the device. On November 9, 2022, Kennedy was arraigned, bail set at $15,000, 10% with bail conditions and remanded to Bucks County Prison.
Criminal Trespass and Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle - November 10, 2022 (Harvey Avenue, Doylestown Borough incident 10/30/22) - Christopher Lombardo, M/26, of Pipersville, PA, was arrested on the above charges for taking a vehicle from the Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority at 1:00 AM on October 30, 2022 and returned it later that evening. Lombardo was arraigned and released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
DUI – November 10, 2022, E. Butler Avenue and Bristol Road, Chalfont Borough – Timoteo Tzaj Guachiac, M/22, of Hatfield, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for erratic driving. When police approached the vehicle, the driver seat was empty. The driver was found in the back seat of the vehicle and provided a false name to the responding officer. Another officer confirmed the identity of the driver and passenger from previous contacts. Guachiac was unable to safely perform field sobriety tests and was brought to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
Underage Drinking Violations – November 13, 2022, 400 block E. Butler Avenue, New Britain Borough – Tessa Bevilacqua, F/19, of Jim Thorpe, PA, and Garvey Michael Williams, M/19, of Media, PA, were cited for the above offense following police dispatch for a loud party. Police observed opened alcoholic beverages scattered around the property. PBT was administered and individuals admitted to drinking. Citations have been issued.
Ordinance Violation – November 15, 2022, S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Varney Freeman, M/36, of Philadelphia, PA, was cited for possessing a small amount of marijuana during a traffic stop. A citation was filed.
Forgery and Theft by Unlawful Taking - November 19, 2022 (Doylestown Borough incident 06/06/22) – Savanna Nicole Mock, F/28, of Doylestown, PA, was taken into custody on an Arrest Warrant for the above charges stemming from an incident in June 2022. Mock used checks from the victim’s account to pay bills and herself. Mock was arraigned and released on $25,000 unsecured bail.
Public Drunkenness – November 19, 2022, 106 E. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Thomas Howard Goodwin, M/33, of New Britain, PA, was charged with the above offense when police were dispatched to the residence for a male found unconscious on the front porch. EMS responded. A citation has been filed.
DUI, Driving w/Suspended License – November 19, 2022, W. State and Hamilton Streets, Doylestown Borough – Jacob Michael Foran, M/23, of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a traffic stop for lights not activated during a period which lights are required. Foran presented with slurred speech, slowed reactions and odor of alcohol. Field sobriety tests were failed and Foran was transported to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
DUI – November 24, 2022, N. Main and W. Court Streets, Doylestown Borough – Christopher Anthony Perrotta, M/25, of New Hope, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for rear lights not activated during a period which lights are required. Perrotta presented with a strong odor of alcohol, bloodshot eyes, heavy slurred speech and slowed motor movements. Field sobriety tests and PBT were failed; Perrotta was brought to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
Disorderly Conduct - November 26, 2022, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Noah Joseph Spratt, M/21, of Doylestown, PA, was cited for the above offense for urinating in public. A Citation has been filed.
Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct – November 29, 2022 (Doylestown Borough incident 11/11/22) - Tyler Devlin Cook, M/30, of Doylestown, PA, was taken into custody on an Arrest Warrant on November 29, 2022. Cook was wanted following an incident at CB West football game when Cook caused a disturbance, arguing and spitting at officers. Cook was arraigned and released on bail set at $50,000 with conditions.
Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
CRIME AND OTHER INCIDENTS
Theft – November 3, 2022, Planet Fitness, 442 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – A wallet was stolen from a backpack in an unsecured locker at the gym.
Criminal Mischief to Automobile – November 10, 2022, 700 E. Butler Avenue (Delaware Valley University) – Report of vehicle being keyed.
Catalytic Converter Theft – November 14, 2022, 511 East Street (Harris Pharmacy), Doylestown Borough – Report of stolen catalytic converter from Harris Pharmacy van during the overnight hours.
Motor Vehicle Theft – November 28, 2022, tens block of S. Clinton Street, Doylestown Borough – Stolen red Vespa scooter reported by resident; taken from the rear of the residence sometime between November 20 and 26, 2022. Anyone with information is asked to contact Capt Carlen at 215-345-4143.
Vandalism/Criminal Mischief – November 28, 2022, 275 S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Graffiti was found on the store front of a vacant occupancy, as well as on two outdoor signs at First National Bank. Anyone with information is asked to contact Sgt. Derstine at 215-345-4143.
