ARRESTS
Assault, July 1, 2022, N. Broad Street, Doylestown Borough – Ryan Campbell, M/30, Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense after police responded to a domestic situation in progress. The victim claimed that they were shoved to the ground and that Campbell threatened to kill them. A Criminal Complaint was filed.
Assault, July 2, 2022, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Cory Harris, M/28, Furlong, PA, was charged with the above offense after police responded to a call of a neighbor being beaten up. Police arrived and the victim stated that Harris came in and punched him and tried to strangle him until he passed out. A Criminal Complaint was filed.
Drug Violation, July 2, 2022, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Jessica Bielucke, F/32, Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense after police found her in possession of drug paraphernalia. A Criminal Complaint was issued.
Drug Violation, July 6, 2022, S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Kimberly Quinn, F/42, Philadelphia, PA, was charged with the above offense when police stopped to check her well-being after seeing her slumped over on the sidewalk. It was discovered that Quinn had an outstanding warrant and was taken into custody. While in custody Quinn was search and police found her in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. A Criminal Complaint was filed.
Possession of Firearm Prohibited, July 7, 2022, E. Butler Avenue, Chalfont Borough – John Truong, M/35, Upper Darby, PA, was charged for the above offense after falsifying documents in an attempt to purchase a firearm. A Criminal Complaint was issued.
Ordinance Violation, July 8, 2022, Hellberg Avenue, Chalfont Borough – Ty Phillips, M/19, King of Prussia, PA, was cited for soliciting for Eocshield Pest Solutions without a permit. Citations were issued.
Ordinance Violation, July 9, 2022, Sandy Ridge Road, New Britain Borough – Justin Sage, M/21, Norristown, PA, was cited for soliciting for Ecoshield Pest Solutions without a permit. Citations were issued.
DUI, July 10, 2022, E. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Nicole Henry, F/39, Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense are police responded to an accident and found Henry in her vehicle trying to leave the scene. It was then discovered that Henry had hit two other vehicles prior to her accident. Henry presented with a strong odor of alcohol, blood shot and glassy eyes, and was unsteady on her feet exiting her vehicle. Henry refused treatment for a head injury and was uncooperative when taken into custody. A Criminal Complaint was filed.
Theft, July 11, 2022, E. Ashland Street, Doylestown Borough – Zeljko Skaro, M/56, Easton, PA, was charged with the above offense after a resident found him on her property taking a bicycle. A Criminal Complaint was filed.
DUI, July 12, 2022, W. Butler Avenue, New Britain Borough – Richard Noboa, M/40, North Wales, PA, was charged with the above offense after a traffic stop. Noboa presented with a strong odor of alcohol, blood shot glassy eyes, and slurred speech. Noboa was taken into custody and transported to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw. A Criminal Complaint was filed.
Drug Violation, July 12, 2022, N. Tamenend Avenue, New Britain Borough – Christopher Mook, M/19, Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense after a traffic stop resulted in drugs, drug paraphernalia and a large amount a cash inside of his vehicle. Mook was taken into custody, arraigned, bail set at $30,000 unsecured. A Criminal Complaint was filed.
Public Drunkenness, July 15, 2022, Wood Street, Doylestown Borough – Matthew Smith, M/33, Doylestown, PA, was cited for the above offense after police were called to check the well-being of an intoxicated male walking down the street. Police located Smith and gave him a ride to his residence. A Citation was issued.
Disorderly Conduct, July 17, 2022, S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Joseph McKavanagh, M/29, Doylestown, PA, was cited for the above offense after police witnessed him urinating in public. A Citation was issued.
False ID, July 17, 2022, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Marissa Vasquez, F/19, Downingtown, PA, was cited for the above offense after the owner of a local establishment confiscated the fake ID and brought it to police. A Citation was issued.
Trespassing, July 17, 2022, S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Francis Montgomery, M/64, was cited for the above offense after he was found on private property after being told not to return and then refusing to leave. A Citation was issued.
Assault, July 21, 2022, Chestnut Street, Chalfont Borough – Katie Allen, F/35, Chalfont, PA, was charged with the above offense after police responded to a domestic in progress. The victim stated that they were kicked and punched by Allen and had visible injuries. Allen was taken into custody and became very uncooperative. Allen was arraigned, bail set at 10% of $5,000 with conditions, and remanded to Bucks County Prison. A Criminal Complaint was filed.
Theft, July 17, 2022, Veterans Lane, Doylestown Borough – Savanna Mock, F/27, Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was identified on surveillance video, stealing a potted plant from a local business. A Criminal Complaint was filed.
Theft of Services, July 22, 2022, W. State Street, Doylestown Borough – John Michel, M/69, North Wales, was charged with the above offense after police were called to several local establishments for a patron who left without paying. Michel was located at another establishment and taken into custody. Criminal Complaints were filed.
Theft, July 23, 2022, E. Butler Avenue, New Britain Borough – Jennifer Lingerman, F/57, Perkasie, PA, was charges with the above offense after Lingerman was positively identified as the individual who stole sunglasses from a local store. A Criminal Complaint was filed.
DUI, July 28, 2022, S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Justin Ballasy, M/26, Warrington, PA, was charged with the above offense after police found him asleep in his running vehicle. The vehicle was in gear and the brake lights were lit. Ballasy was unsteady on his feet exiting his vehicle, failed field sobriety tests, and was transported to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw. A Criminal Complaint was filed.
Sex Offenses, July 28, 2022, Old Dublin Pike, Doylestown Borough – Shemar Graham, M/27, Ewing, NJ, was charges with the above offense after he attempted to meet up with someone, posing as a 13-year-old boy, in April. A Criminal Complaint was filed.
Ordinance Violation, July 29, 2022, East Street, Doylestown Borough – Shontay Leadum, F/36, Philadelphia, PA, was cited for the above offense after a traffic stop. Police found Leadum to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana. A Citation was issued.
Public Drunkenness, July 29, 2022, N. Franklin Street, Doylestown Borough – Natalie Harris, F/28, Furlong, PA, was cited for the above offense after police responded to multiple calls regarding a woman having trouble walking and appeared to be carrying a bottle of alcohol. Police found Harris sitting on a set of steps unable to hold her head up. EMS was called to evaluate Harris and a Citation was issued.
Drug Possession, July 31, 2022, E. Butler Avenue, New Britain Borough – Ashley Affleck, F/35, Lansdale, PA, was charged with the above offense after a traffic stop. Affleck was in possession of marijuana and other drug paraphernalia. A Criminal Complaint was filed.

Criminal Mischief to Automobile, July 4, 2022, N. Broad Street, Doylestown Borough – An unknown person(s) broke a mirror off of a vehicle parked in a parking lot overnight.
Criminal Mischief to Residence, July 9, 2022, N. Chubb Drive, Doylestown Borough – An unknown person(s) caused damage to a fence in the rear of the property.
Theft, July 24, 2022, N. Clinton Street, Doylestown Borough – An unknown person(s) stole a bicycle from the front porch of a home.
Criminal Mischief to Automobile, July 31, 2022, Park Avenue, Chalfont Borough – An unknown person(s) caused damage to the windshield of a vehicle during the overnight hours.
