A Chalfont Borough resident ordered silver in the amount of $36,000 to be shipped to the Fed Ex store in North Wales on May 19, 2026. The package was picked up on May 25, 2026, by the pictured subject who fraudulently identified himself as the victim. 

Subject is described as a thin, light-skinned Black or Hispanic male with a beard. Subject is wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt with black lettering on the front and grey shorts with a black stripe on the side with white lettering “DEPT.”
