03/02/25 – 03/29/25 - DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Doylestown Borough – The following persons were cited for urinating in public:  Nathan Zachary Davis, M/22 of Ambler, PA; Christian Alan Browning, M/21 of Perkasie, PA; Isaac Hollahan, M/21 of Perkasie, PA; Joseph Shannon, M/25 of Warminster, PA; Nicholas Kyle Peterson, M/25 of Philadelphia, PA; Alexis Elmore, F/27 of Warrington, PA; Marley Stalker-Stempel, F/34 of Doylestown, PA; Daesjah Washington, F/25 of North Wales, PA; Matthew J. Palage, M/24 of Huntingdon Valley, PA; Angelo Sacco, M/21 of Pipersville, PA; Devon Bohn, M/21 of Villas, NJ; and Thomas Weed, M/23 of Newtown, PA.

03/04/25 – SIMPLE ASSAULT, HARASSMENT, DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 160 Moyer Road (Unami Middle School), Chalfont Borough – A 14-year-old male student was charged with the above offenses stemming from an incident between students taking place on February 13, 2025. A Juvenile Allegation has been filed.

03/04/25 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE – W. Butler Avenue and Lenape Drive, New Britain Borough – John C. Pascoe, M/64 of Chalfont, PA, was charged with the above offense when police responded to a two-vehicle accident. Pascoe presented with an unsteady gait, lethargy, and had difficulty keeping his eyes open. Field sobriety tests were administered, and subsequent legal blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

03/09/25 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT & HARASSMENT – 19 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Jacob Ryan Whiteduck, M/21 of Dalton, PA, was charged with the above offenses following police response to a physical altercation. Citations have been filed.

03/13/25 – DRUG VIOLATIONS – Spring Lake Drive & Tamenend Avenue, New Britain Borough – Desmond Shawn Adderley, M/35 of Philadelphia, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for expired vehicle registration. Adderley presented with an odor of marijuana and was uncooperative with police. Burnt marijuana was seen on the console of the vehicle. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

03/13/25 – LIQUOR LAW VIOLATION, DISORDERLY CONDUCT – East Street, Doylestown Borough – Joseph Herbert Hammond, M/20 of Warrington, PA, was cited for the above offenses following a pedestrian stop for urinating in public. Hammond presented with glassy eyes and alcohol beverage containers were visible in his parked vehicle. Citations have been filed.

03/15/25 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE – W. State & Hamilton Streets, Doylestown Borough – Kelly Marie Cramer, F/27 of Telford, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for driving the wrong way down a one-way street. Cramer presented with extremely glassy/bloodshot eyes. Field sobriety tests were administered and subsequent legal blood draw obtained at Doylestown Hospital.

03/16/25 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 37 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough - Gavin David Grondahl, M/24 of Doylestown; Devin Alexander Maddux, M/22 of Pipersville, PA; and Dylan Riley Maddux, M/25 of Pipersville, PA, were charged with the above offense following police response to a fight in progress involving a group of people in the street. Citations have been filed.

03/16/25 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, DISORDERLY CONDUCT, EVADING AND RESISTING ARREST – W. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Brian R. Lannutti, M/36 of Philadelphia, PA was cited for the above offense following a pedestrian stop for urinating in public. Lannutti presented with slurred speech, glassy eyes and unsteady gait. When speaking with officers, Lannutti decided to flee on foot and resisted arrest when officers caught up with him. Lannutti was detained and a Criminal Complaint has been filed.

03/16/25 - SIMPLE ASSAULT, DISORDERLY CONDUCT, HARASSMENT, PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS - 12 W. State Street, Doylestown Borough - Terence Joseph Froman, M/23 of Doylestown, PA was charged with the above offenses following police response to a physical altercation. Froman failed to obey police command to stop fighting. Police attempted to separate the two when Froman continued to punch the victim in the face causing injury. Froman presented with several signs of intoxication. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

03/23/25 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNES – E. Court Street, Doylestown Borough – Michael Robert Cantz, M/37 of Langhorne, PA, was cited for the above offense following a well-being check for a male subject laying face-down on the sidewalk. Cantz presented with a strong odor of alcohol and slurred speech. A Citation has been filed.

03/24/25 – DEFIANT TRESPASS – 301 S. Main Street (Atrium), Doylestown Borough – Christopher Cook, M/57 of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense following officer wellness check on subject sleeping in the throughway. Cook had been advised by police in a previous incident that he was not allowed on the property. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

03/24/25 – CODE VIOLATION – 539 N. Main Street (Exxon), Doylestown Borough – Manpreet Singh (Employee), M/24 of Sellersville, PA, and Vimlash Patel (Owner), M/46 of Sellersville, PA, were cited for the above offense following illegal sale of nicotine product an underage individual. Citations have been filed.

03/24/25 – CODE VIOLATION – 22 N. Main Street (Miles City Vape), Doylestown Borough – Sindy Dayana Mejia (Employee), F/23 of Warrington, PA, and Wadia Al-Daoud, M/53 of Doylestown, PA, were cited for the above offense following illegal sale of nicotine product to an underage individual. Citations have been filed.

03/24/25 – RETAIL THEFT – 456 N. Main Street (Target), Doylestown Borough – Samantha Nicole Johnson, F/22 of Horsham, PA was charged with the above offense after shoplifting $128 worth of merchandise. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

03/25/25 – CRIMINAL MISCHIEF & OTHER CHARGES – 422 N. Main Street (Planet Fitness), Doylestown Borough – Chad Ritenbaugh, M/55 of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offenses for vandalizing a vehicle. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

03/26/25 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – 4 N. Main Street (Leonardo’s Pizza), Chalfont Borough – Miles Andrew Collier, M/23 of Chalfont, PA, was cited for the above offense when police responded to the establishment for a male passed out in the restroom. Chal-Brit Regional EMS responded for medical assistance. A Citation has been filed.

03/29/25 – FRAUD REG/INS & OTHER CHARGES – N. Main Street & E. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Giorgi Matiashvili, M/42 of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a traffic stop for vehicle displaying fraudulent registration plates. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

03/29/25 – FALSE IDENTIFICATION – 132 Veterans Lane, Doylestown Borough – Richard John Bradley, M/20 of Horsham PA, was cited for the above offense following presentation of a false identification card to purchase an alcoholic beverage. A Citation has been filed.

03/31/25 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, DRUG VIOLATION – W. Butler Avenue, New Britain Borough – Patrick Francis Malloy, M/35 of New Britain, PA, was charged with the above offense following police assistance as Malloy attempted to stop his vehicle from rolling onto W. Butler Avenue. Malloy presented with an odor of alcoholic beverage and glassy/bloodshot eyes. Field sobriety tests were administered and subsequent legal blood draw obtained at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
