ARRESTS

01/01/26 – LIQUOR LAW VIOLATION, 425 S. Main Street (Wawa), Doylestown Borough – A 20-year-old male from Doylestown was charged with the above violation following police response for intoxicated underage male.

01/02/26 – CONTEMPT FOR VIOLATION, Doylestown Borough – A 43-year-old male from Doylestown was charged with the above offense following phone calls that were made to the victim violating a Protection from Abuse order for a second time.

01/03/26 – BURGLARY, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, TERRORISTIC THREATS & ASSAULT - 8 West Street Apartments, Doylestown Borough – A 21-year-old male from Line Lexington was charged with the above offense following police response to active burglary. The subject was unknown to the resident; arraigned, bail set at 10% of $150,000 and remanded to Bucks County Prison.

01/04/26 – 01/31/26 - DISORDERLY CONDUCT, Doylestown Borough – The following individuals were cited for public urination during separate incidents during the month of January: A 36-year old male from Oak Lane, PA; a 23-year old male from Perkasie; a 23-year-old male from Northampton Township; a 24-year-old male from Warminster; a 23-year-old male from Southampton Township; a 22-year-old from Doylestown; and a 21-year-old female from Lower Moreland Township.   

01/06/26 - DRUG VIOLATIONS, North Street & Swartz Avenue, Chalfont Borough - A 58-year-old male from Willow Grove was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop to assist a driver who was stopped with hazards illuminated.

01/06/26 – WEAPONS VIOLATION, 962 Town Center (District Court), New Britain Borough – A 30-year-old male from Lansdale was charged with the above offense following police response for subject appearing in the court room with a knife. Weapons are prohibited in the courthouse.

01/07/26 – SIMPLE ASSAULT, HARASSMENT, 70 Old Dublin Pike, Doylestown Borough – A 17-year-old male from Doylestown was charged with the above offenses following police response for a domestic-in-progress incident.

01/08/26 – TOBACCO SALE TO MINORS, Doylestown Borough – The following individuals were cited for selling tobacco to minors: A 47-year-old male from Warminster (Cigar Parlor); and a 53-year old female from Doylestown (Lukoil).

01/09/26 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, 19 North Main Street (Chamber’s), Doylestown Borough - A 29-year-old female from Philadelphia was charged with the above offense following police dispatch for unwanted and intoxicated subject.

01/20/26 – HARASSMENT, (LifeWorks Academy), New Britain Borough – A 17-year-old male from Quakertown was charged with the above offense for threatening a staff member following student discipline.

01/23/26 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, Doyle & N. Clinton Streets, Doylestown Borough – A 51-year-old female from Doylestown was charged with the above offense following police response to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection.

01/23/26 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT, Dommel Way & W. Court Street, Doylestown Borough - A 12-year-old male from Doylestown was cited for instigating a physical altercation.

01/24/26 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT, PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, 19 N. Main Street (Chambers), Doylestown Borough – A 21-year-old male from Newtown was cited for the above offenses following police response to a physical altercation.

01/25/26 – ORDINANCE VIOLATION, Route 202 & S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough - A 20-year-old male and a 22-year-old female, both from Hatboro, were cited for possessing a small amount of marijuana when police responded to a disabled vehicle.

01/29/26 – DRUG VIOLATION, 833 E. Butler Avenue (LifeWorks School), New Britain Borough - A 13-year-old male from Conshohocken was charged with the above offense following police response to a student in possession of vape pens.
