02/02/26 – OBTAIN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE MISREPRESENTATION, CRIMINAL USE OF COMM, FORGERY, IDENTITY THEFT, TAMPER W/PUBLIC RECORD, 10 N. Main Street (Lower Bucks Wellness), Doylestown Borough - A 37-year-old male from Buckingham Township was charged with the above offenses following an investigation of an incident on 01/16/26. Subject was a patient at Lower Bucks Wellness and claimed his controlled substance prescriptions were stolen. Subject supplied a police report in attempt to substantiate his claim. It was determined that the report was fraudulent and utilized the name of person without permission. An arrest warrant was issued and subject turned himself in; arraigned, bail set at $15,000 with conditions.

02/04/26 - TERRORISTIC THREATS, CYBER HARASSMENT, HARASSMENT, 160 Moyer Road (Unami Middle School), Chalfont Borough - A 13-year-old male from Warrington and a 13-year-old male from New Britain Township were charged with the above offenses for threatening messages (including pictures of assault-style rifles) toward another student on a social media platform.  

02/04/26 - DRUG VIOLATIONS, 375 W. Court Street (CB West), Doylestown Borough - A 16-year-old male from Doylestown was charged with the above offense for being in possession of a vape pen containing THC product.

02/06/26 - WEAPONS CHARGES, 143 E. Butler Avenue (Bunker Gun Shop II), Chalfont Borough - A 41-year-old male from Warminster, was charged with the above offense for making false written statements in July 2025 in an attempt to purchase a handgun when prohibited. An arrest warrant was issued on 02/03/26. Subject turned himself in on 02/06/26, was arraigned, bail set with conditions.

02/07/26 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, E. State Street, Doylestown Borough - A 40-year-old male from Montgomery Township was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for traveling the wrong way on a one-way street. Subject showed signs of intoxication. Field sobriety tests were administered and legal blood draw obtained at Doylestown Hospital.

02/12/26 – THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING, THEFT LOST PROPERTY, RECEIVING STOLEN MERCHANDISE, 102 Shewell Avenue, Doylestown Borough - A 49-year-old male from Jackson Township, NJ, was charged with the above offense after subject found an I-phone on the grounds of the Bucks County Justice Center. The subject was identified by employees and attempts were made to retrieve the now sold or discarded I-phone.

02/13/26 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, E. Butler Avenue & Lamp Post Road, New Britain Borough -    A 39-year-old male from Chalfont was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for a driving a bicycle with no illumination of lights during a required time. Subject presented with signs of intoxication; refused field sobriety test; and subsequent legal blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital. 

02/17/26 - WEAPONS CHARGES, 143 E. Butler Avenue (Bunker Gun Shop II), Chalfont Borough - A 35-year-old female from Lower Providence Township, was charged with the above offense for making false written statements in October 2025 in an attempt to purchase a handgun when prohibited. An arrest warrant was issued on 02/12/26. Subject turned herself in on 02/17/26, was arraigned, bail set with conditions.

02/17/26 - SIMPLE ASSAULT, HARASSMENT, DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 409 E. Butler Avenue, New Britain Borough - A 36-year-old female from New Britain Borough was charged with the above offense following police response for a domestic in progress. Subject found questionable text messages on victim’s phone and proceeded to assault the victim causing injury.

02/20/26 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, North Main Street, Doylestown Borough – A 44-year-old woman from New Hope was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for front and rear lights not illuminated during a required time. Driver presented with signs of intoxication. Field sobriety tests were administered and subsequent legal blood draw obtained from Doylestown Hospital.

02/21/26 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, 194 W. Ashland Street (Tap House), Doylestown Borough – A 41-year-old woman from Spring House was charged with the above offense following response to the establishment for a physical altercation. 

02/21/26 - DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, Heritage Lane, Doylestown Borough - A 45-year-old male from Philadelphia was arrested on the above charge following a traffic stop after the officer traveling behind vehicle smelled marijuana coming from the truck. Subject admitted to smoking marijuana while driving and was taken to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw.

02/22/26 – UNDERAGE DRINKING, 700 E. Butler Avenue (Del Val University), New Britain Borough – An 18-year-old male from Ephrata was charged with the above offense following police response for a highly intoxicated subject.

02/22/26 – RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY & TRAFFIC VIOLATION, East and North Streets, Doylestown Borough – A 35-year-old male from Falls Township was charged with the above offenses following a traffic stop for making failing to come to a complete stop at a stop sign. Subject was also in possession of a stolen license plate. Subject was arraigned, bail set at 10% of $25,000 and remanded to Bucks County Prison for extradition to New Jersey on an unrelated arrest warrant.

During the month of February: DISORDERLY CONDUCT, Doylestown Borough – The following individuals were cited for public urination during separate incidents: A 23-year-old female from Warrington; a 21-year-old male from Philadelphia; a 22-year-old male from Chalfont; and a 21-year-old female from Lower Moreland.
