04/03/25 - LIQUOR LAW VIOLATION, 132 Veterans Way (Win & Spirits), Doylestown Borough - Richard John Bradley, M/20 of Horsham, PA, was cited for the above offense following an attempt to purchase liquor with a false identification card on 03/29/25. A Citation has been filed.

04/04/25 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, Green Street & Homestead Drive, Doylestown Borough – Michael A. Radovich, Jr., M/53 of Furlong, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for speeding. Radovich presented with slurred speech, glassy bloodshot eyes, unstable gait and an odor of alcoholic beverage. Field sobriety tests were unable to completed and subsequent legal blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

04/04/25 - CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, CRIMINAL TRESPASS & OTHER CHARGES, N. Main Street, Chalfont Borough - Justin Butler, M/33 of Chalfont, PA, was charged with the above offense following police response to a suspicious male subject, under the influence, banging on the door, climbing the outside stairs, and destroying property. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

04/05/25 – RETAIL THEFT, 456 N. Main Street (Target), Doylestown Borough – A 17-year-old female and Gulbahor Asadova, F/37 of Doylestown, PA, were charged with the above offense after being observed switching price tags and paying for the items at the lower price tag rate of $36.38 vs the actual value of $211.04. Additional charges include a retail theft at the same location, utilizing the same method of theft, with a loss of $153.04. A Juvenile Allegation and Criminal Complaint have been filed.

04/06/25 – TERRORISTIC THREATS, ASSAULT, Broadale Road, Doylestown Borough – Police responded to a residence on Broadale Road for report of a male suspect, later identified as Andrew Webster, M/56 of Doylestown, PA, threatening to shoot people in his home. Webster threatened to use a weapon against the victim and others who were visiting the residence who left the home immediately. Police were advised Webster had access to firearms inside his bedroom. Webster was taken into custody, arraigned, bail set at 10% of $60,000 with restrictions and remanded to Bucks County Prison.

04/06/25 – CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, 301 E. Court Street (Doylestown Cemetery), Doylestown Borough – Ray Larry Britt, M/54 of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense for cutting a tree using a chainsaw on 03/17/25. Britt stated he needed the cuttings for medicinal use. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

04/07/25 – COUNTERFEIT REGISTRATION & OTHER CHARGES, N. Main and E. State Streets, Doylestown Borough - Giorgi Matiashvili, M/42 of Doylestown, PA, was charge with the above offenses following a traffic stop for illegal PA registration plates on 03/29/25. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

04/07/25 – ORDINANCE VIOLATION, N. Franklin Street, Doylestown Borough – Homestar Remodeling, LLC, Wilmington, DE, was cited for soliciting without a permit. A Citation has been issued.

04/08/25 – WEAPONS VIOLATION, 143 E. Butler Avenue (Bunker Gun Shop II), Chalfont Borough – Brian Brashon Louis Teat, M/23 of Chalfont, PA, was charged with the above offense for falsifying records to purchase a firearm. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

04/09/25 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, E. Court & N. Church Streets, Doylestown Borough – Damian Pesola, M/40 of Furlong, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop on 03/30/25 for erratic driving. Pesola presented with blood shot eyes, an odor of alcoholic beverage and could not remember his address. Field sobriety tests were administered and Pesola refused legal blood draw. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

04/09/25 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, Shewell Avenue, Doylestown Borough – Zachary Ian Bass, M/22 of Warminster, PA, was charged with the above offense following police dispatch to a reckless driver reportedly traveling at a high rate of speed and almost striking pedestrians. Police conducted a traffic stop on Main Street in Doylestown Borough. Bass presented with extremely glassy eyes, slow and deliberate speech. Field sobriety tests were administered and subsequent legal blood draw obtained at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

04/09/25 – HARASSMENT, Unami Trail, Chalfont Borough - Matthew Daniel Spillane, M/40 of Lansdale, PA, was charged with the above offense for sending the victim continuous degrading and insulting text messages. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

04/10/25 – THEFT, 425 S. Main Street (Wawa), Doylestown Borough – Anthony Locchetto, M/37 with no fixed abode, was cited for leaving the store with coffee and pastries without paying. A Citation has been filed.

04/10/25 – BURGLARY, CRIMINAL TRESPASS & OTHER CHARGES, Shewell Avenue, Doylestown Borough – Anthony Locchetto, M/37 with no fixed abode, attempted burglary and trespassing on resident’s property. Locchetto is known to the resident and has been previously warned not to be on the property. Lochetto was taken into custody. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

04/10/25 – DRUG VIOLATIONS, 200 W. State Street (McCaffrey’s Simply Fresh), Doylestown Borough - Jessica l. Ellsworth, F/26 of Long Eddy, PA, was charged with the above offenses when officers responded for a well-being check. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

04/10/25 – LIQUOR LAW VIOLATION, 132 Veterans Way (Wine & Spirits), Doylestown Borough - Eli David Snyder, M/18 of Doylestown, PA, was cited for the above offense after he attempted to purchase alcohol while under not of legal age. A Citation has been filed.

04/12/25 – ORDINANCE VIOLATION, State & Main Streets, Doylestown Borough – Tasia Chante Caldwell, F/26 of Philadelphia, PA, was cited for possessing a small amount of marijuana following a traffic stop for driving the wrong way down a one-way street. Citations have been filed.

04/12/25 – COUNTERFEIT PLATES, FRAUDULENT REGISTRATION & OTHER CHARGES, N. Main & Hamilton Streets, Chalfont Borough – Mykhaylo Stadarskyy, M/39 of Philadelphia, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a traffic stop for displaying fraudulent PA registration plate. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

04/12/25 – LIQUOR LAW VIOLATION, Main & East Streets, Doylestown Borough – Two juveniles were cited for the above violation following a traffic stop for lights not illuminated during the required time. The driver and passenger presented with shaking hands and red eyes. The passenger admitted to having alcohol in the vehicle. Citations have been filed.

04/16/25 – DRUG VIOLATION, 833 E. Butler Avenue (Foundations Behavioral Health), New Britain Borough – A juvenile was charged with the above offense following officer response for a student possessing a THC vape pen. A Juvenile Written Allegation has been filed.

04/19/25 – DRUG VIOLATIONS, Hickory & Vaux Drives, New Britain Borough – Elijah Lucena, M/18 of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense following police dispatch for report of a suspicious parked vehicle. A strong odor of marijuana was emanating from the vehicle and Lucena attempted to conceal marijuana. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

04/20/25 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, E. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Jeremy Clarence Kapsa, M/22 of Washington, DC, was cited for the above offense following police response to a well being check for subject lying on the sidewalk. A Citation has been filed.

04/20/25 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE & OTHER CHARGES, Dommel Way, Doylestown Borough – Joshua Michael Ryan Schatz, M/29 of Hellertown, PA, was charged with the above offense. While officers responded to another incident in the area, Schatz drove aggressively toward their location with many pedestrians in the area. Officers stopped Schatz who admitted to drinking, did not produce a valid vehicle registration and was driving on a suspended license. Field sobriety tests were conducted, and subsequent legal blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

04/20/25 – DEFIANT TRESPASS, DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 235 E. State Street (OLMC) Doylestown Borough – Joseph Placid Harrison, M/61 of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offenses following police response for subject being confrontational with church staff. Harrison reportedly was driving his scooter at a high speed through the parking lot where an Easter egg hunt was being held.

04/26/25 – CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, 18 W. State Street (Doylestown Inn), Doylestown Borough – Michael Steven Mullen, M/26 of Lansdale, PA, was cited for the above offense for damage to a business fence in the alley. A Citation has been filed.

04/26/25 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, W. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Thanh Don Nguyen, M/72 of Doylestown, PA, was cited for the above offense following police observation of a subject lying on the sidewalk. A Citation has been filed.

04/29/25 – ORDINANCE VIOLATION, E. Court Street, Doylestown Borough – Vincent Muto, M/29 of Doylestown, PA, was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana when police conducted a traffic stop. A Citation has been filed.
