ARRESTS
06/01/24 – FIREARMS VIOLATION & ORDINANCE VIOLATION, Dommel Way, Doylestown Borough – Earl Anthony Mayes, M/25 of Line Lexington, PA was charged for possessing a firearm without a license to carry; and Eney Maldonadosilva, F/23 of Corona, NY, was cited for a small possession of marijuana when officers, on foot patrol, observed marijuana smoke emanating from a parked vehicle with four occupants. Upon obtaining consent to search the vehicle, police found Mayes to be illegally concealing a handgun tucked in his waistband. Mayes was taken into custody, arraigned, bail set at $10,000 unsecured and released. A third occupant of the vehicle was found to have numerous outstanding arrest warrants and was turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.
06/02/24 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT, W. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Evan James Luff, M/21 of New Hope, PA, was cited for the above offense for urinating in public. A Citation has been filed.
06/04/24 – RETAIL THEFT, 425 S. Main Street (Wawa), Doylestown Borough – Michael R. Lombardo, M/68 of Doylestown, PA was cited for the above offense for stealing five bottles of beverages, totaling $17.34, on 06/02/24. A Citation has been filed.
06/07/24 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 10 N. Main Street (Starbucks), Doylestown Borough – Wallace Bowens, M/37 of Philadelphia, PA, was cited for urinating in public. A Citation has been filed.
06/07/24 – SIMPLE ASSAULT, HARASSMENT & DISORDERLY CONDUCT, N. Broad Street, Doylestown Borough – Thomas Joseph Roderick, M/46 of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offenses following a domestic incident that occurred on 06/05/24. Roderick pushed the victim to the ground causing bruising to the victim’s arm and knee. Roderick was taken into custody, arraigned, bail set at $10,000 unsecured and released.
06/08/24 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 10 N. Main Street (Starbucks), Doylestown Borough – Patrick F. DiComo, M/41 of Philadelphia, PA, was cited for urinating in public. A Citation has been filed.
06/08/24 – ORDINANCE VIOLATION, W. State Street, Doylestown Borough - Hakim Glover, M/41 of Chalfont, PA, was cited for the above offense after officers observed Glover smoking marijuana. A Citation has been filed.
06/09/24 - HARASSMENT, 432 Maple Avenue (Harborview), Doylestown Borough - Dawn Charisse Nixon, F/49 of Doylestown, PA, was cited for the above offense following two reports of conflict with a resident. A Citation has been filed.
06/13/24 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT & HARASSMENT, 20 MacFarlane Lane (War Memorial Field), Doylestown Borough - Jaeden Logan Oates, M/19 of Lansdale, PA; Shane Rakowski, M/19 of Quakertown, PA; and a 17-year-old juvenile of Furlong, PA, were cited for the above offenses following police response to a physical altercation at War Memorial Field during the high school graduation ceremony. Citations have been filed.
06/14/24 – COUNTERFEIT REGISTRATION PLATE, 625 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Omon Safarov, M/23 of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for an obscured registration plate. The plate did not correspond to vehicle records and was vinyl wrapped. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
06/17/24 - DRUG VIOLATIONS - Homestead Drive, Doylestown Borough - Ralph Lamont Amaro, M/34 of Philadelphia, PA, was arrested for the above offense following a well-being check for a male subject dancing in the street wearing wet clothes and no shoes. Amaro appeared confused and was unable to answer questions. When asked for identification, Amaro removed several baggies of illegal substances from his pocket. Amaro was taken into custody and then released to Central Bucks EMS for medical assistance and transport to Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
06/18/24 – THEFT, 700 E. Butler Avenue (Delaware Valley University), New Britain Borough – Mao Abdul Howell, Jr., M/19 of Norristown, PA, was charged for the above offense for stealing an Xbox Series S and fast charger cell phone power cord from a dorm room (totaling approximately $500) in January 2024. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
06/21/24 - PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough - Peter Paul Hartkorn, III, M/49 of Doylestown, PA, was cited for the above offense following officers wellbeing check of subject leaning and sleeping against a wall. He presented with a flushed/red face, slurred speech and bloodshot glassy eyes. A Citation has been filed.
06/22/24 – POSSESS OPEN CONTAINER, 10 N. Main Street (Starbucks), Doylestown Borough – Wallace Bowens, M/37 of Philadelphia, PA, was charged with the above offense following officer interaction. Officers observed Bowens leave an open beer can on the porch of Starbucks and walk away. Police requested he pour out the contents and through the can away. Bowens was given several opportunities to comply and refused. A Citation has been filed.
06/23/24 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Nathan Zachary Davis, M/22 of Ambler, PA; and Liam Thomas Kirwan, M/22 of Horsham, PA, were cited for urinating in public. Citations have been filed.
06/25/24 - ASSAULT, CRIMINAL MISCHIEF & OTHER CHARGES, 425 S. Main Street (Wawa), Doylestown Borough - Daniel Tang, M/39 of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offenses as the aggressor in a physical altercation at the Wawa gas pump. The altercation began in the vehicle between the Tang and the victim when Tang struck the victim with a glass cup several times and punching the victim with a closed fist causing injury. When police arrived, Tang and the victim were outside the vehicle where the struggle ensued on the ground. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
06/26/24 – THEFT, 60 W. State Street (Bagel Barrel), Doylestown Borough – Victor M. O’Lear, M/25 of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense after stealing bread that was delivered to the outside of the business prior to opening. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
06/27/24 – ORDINANCE VIOLATION, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Izac Gabriel Sovie, M/26 of Ogensburg, NY, was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana when officers noticed an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. A Citation has been filed.
06/30/24 – DEFIANT TRESPASS, CRIMINAL TRESPASS & OTHER CHARGES, 10 N. Main Street (Starbucks), Doylestown Borough – Wallace Bowens, M/37 of Philadelphia, PA was charged with the above offenses for behaviors alarming employees and knowing Bowens had been banned from the premises. Bowens was taken into custody, arraigned, bail set at 10% of $15,000 and remanded to Bucks County Prison.

06/02/24 – ATTEMPTED THEFT, 53 W. State Street (Stormi Skye), Doylestown Borough – Unknown female stole earrings and set off the security alarm when leaving the store. Earrings were retrieved by an employee prior to the suspect leaving the store.
06/03/24 – CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, 30 E. Oakland Avenue (Raymers Candies), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) vandalized property with graffiti and broke a window at the establishment during the overnight hours.
06/03/24 – THEFT, 420 N. Main Street (Famous Footwear), Doylestown Borough – Unknown female stole $427 worth of shoes by placing them in a stroller and leaving the store.
06/04/24 – THEFT, 132 Veterans Way (Wine & Spirits), Doylestown Borough – Four unknown females stole $796 worth of alcohol.
06/07/24 – THEFT, 425 S. Main Street (Wawa), Doylestown Borough – Unknown male stole a beverage from the store.
06/14/24 – THEFT, E. Court Street, Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) stole two wrought iron chairs that a resident placed on the sidewalk to block a portion of the sidewalk that was being repaired.
06/16/24 – ATTEMPTED THEFT, 77 West Butler Avenue (Magic Touch Car Wash), Chalfont Borough – Unknown person(s) damaged coin machines by drilling the locks in an attempt to access cash.
06/22/24 – THEFT, E. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) stole a Specialized Sirus men’s bicycle, valued at approximately $1,100, that was secured to a bike rack in the resident parking lot.
06/23/24 – CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, E. State Street, W. Court Street, Printers Alley, Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) spray painted “Free Palestine,” “40,000 MU,” “Stop the Genocide,” “40,000 Murdered” throughout town.
